Donya Delf-Achresh I’ve been a long-time customer since before the brand change, and since their brand change ive found out that they now do eyelash extensions. I decided to try out their lash tech, and I am OBSESSED! She gave me exactly what I asked for (and more!)—the lashes suit my face perfectly. I’m super picky when it comes to my eyelash extensions, so finding someone I love feels like discovering a rare gem. She was incredibly patient, listened to all my requests, and the results are stunning. The bed was super comfy, and her technique was so gentle—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Involved cupping and cryotherapy, but definitely got more than I was expecting as I also got an arm, hand, scalp and shoulder massage! Hands down the best facial I’ve had!! The store and the therapy rooms were so aesthetic, a treatment here would make a perfect Christmas gift for someone!

Tom Hose I had the privilege of experiencing a Grown Alchemist Restorative Massage (60 minutes), and it was exactly what I needed after a busy year and in serious need of restoration. The massage was exceptional, and the products used were of the highest quality, truly enhancing the entire experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive to my needs, ensuring the treatment was tailored perfectly for me. The space itself was—calming, minimalist, and the perfect environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone seeking a restorative and luxurious experience. It was exceptional from start to finish!

Molly Barton Had the Regenerating Facial and LED Light Therapy with Melly. She was incredible from the start and I instantly felt calmed. The facial itself was one of the best I’ve ever had with my skin feeling so hydrated and soothed after. It was my first time doing the LED Light Therapy and I couldn’t recommend it more. Aside from the treatment itself, the retail lab is so beautifully designed and I can’t wait until I book in again!

L T Had a facial here and the skin specialist seemed quite new. She had pulled on my hair a few times throughout the session and made me feel on edge the whole time. She was quite rough with the sponge to clean your face after each step. Also left spots of unwashed face mask on my skin at the end of the facial I had to clean off myself in the car. They also push you to purchase a product at the end of the session. Prefer endota spa as you get consistent service at any location in comparison and would advise to go there instead

Clare Harding Calling all women contemplating joining the Silver Revolution! Dawn is the only hairdresser Ive trusted for nearly 15 years. She recently helped me through a massive transition, changing my long, dyed, dark brunette hair to an amazing silver, so I can embrace my now-dominant white hair. As anyone who has considered this change knows, it can be a big deal for a woman. I encountered plenty of people who advised me that at 45 I was crazy to contemplate such a radical change. Dawn has been so supportive and awesome --technically and emotionally! -- over the two big sessions that it took to make the change. Her colour expertise is second to none... yet she never made false promises, and always put the health and integrity of my hair first. esther white I’m not sure what I look forward to more - walking out of Madam Frou Frou with stunning eyebrows, or having an excuse to see the delightful Mel. Her attention to detail is next level, the henna eyebrows are always a great colour match and last for six weeks, and she tints my lashes with zero stinging. I also absolutely love the Indian Head Massage, which I’d recommend to anyone who stores tension in their head or clenches their teeth. The salon itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Recommend, recommend, recommend.

Donna Moses I originally booked appointment for one picolaser treatment for my face which the clinic was advertising for a special price of $239. I paid a deposit of $20 to secure appointment. Upon attending my appointment, I was quoted prices much more than what was advertised. I presented a copy of the advertisement I had found from them. My attendant made a phonecall only to come back and say their advertising needed to be changed as it looks misleading and that was not in fact the offer, and I had to purchase 3 treatments that day to secure the discount which I refused. I was then offered a spot laser treatment for $99 which I took up. Given I just got the laser treatment today and am being asked to give a review today to secure a discount for future treatments, I feel I have not had the opportunity to see if todays treatment has been successful for me or not, as I was told it can take 3 weeks to fade/heal. Other than my lovely attendant I had, I was dissappointed with the misleading advertising as a hook. They need to stop that! The ad is still on FB as I am writing this.

Michael Tang Customer service is good BUT! the nail art was so bad, what I got is absolutely not relevant to what I gave to the nail artist, even the nail color. The whole process did not take 1 hour including removing my own previous nail. The nail base was so terrible and not even, some nails are so so thick and others are so thin, the cateye is not shining with the final cover on. Worst nail shop even went to.

Carolina Jeannie Been here a few times and they used to give good results. I did the Classic Full set and it was uneven. The right side looked fuller while they didnt stick on the extension on the ends of my left eyelash. I told the lash tech right away but she said she will just "put in a note of my preference for next time". The tape was also not put on right so it hurt my eyes for a few hours after.
