asma lama After reading all the other 5 star reviews, it seems like it was given on the basis of initial customer service from Smileie Australia. I’m sharing my experience so that others can be warned:
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Initially, I dealt with Nicky, who was incredibly responsive and would get back to me within minutes, or at most, within an hour. However, once I purchased my retainers, her responsiveness plummeted. I had to follow up several times to get updates. The retainers caused wounds on my gums, making it painful to eat for a week. When I reached out to Nicky for help, she arranged for a dentist to advise me to use a nail filer to blunt the edges. The dentist I consulted warned me that my teeth were loose and advised against using online retainer companies, as they could cause further loosening and potentially lead to premature tooth loss. After following up for months with no response, I finally got my money back yesterday. Nicky turned out to be the worst representative to deal with. In conclusion, it’s better to go with a professional rather than trying to save money with these companies; it’s not worth risking your dental health.

I am very impressed starting with my initial inquiry when their consultant very promptly responded answering all of my questions up front, and I remain impressed with their professionalism and friendliness through the process. It has been great experiencing such a high standard of communication and expertise from my consultant Nicky.
I am nearly up to week 2 of wearing my aligners and I am also impressed with the quality of them.

Emil Zoomalan My experience with Smileie was truely frustrating - I had terrible customer service, where my concerns were not being understood or prioritised.
I went ahead to cancel the order due to the retainers not aligning properly (I had shown the scans to an orthodontist and they told me that my bite will be ruined).
From there I requested a refund on the 1st, and the 11th, to which they told me on both times that my refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.
They did not process the refund on both occasions. They only finally refunded the transaction when I threatened to contact PayPal and have them force the refund.
It’s not worth going the cheaper way, spend a bit more money and get better service.
EDIT - REPLY TO MESSAGE
I did give you many replies stating I wasn’t happy with the service, as well as trying to cancel the plan.
I messaged you on multiple occasions stating that I wanted to refund and was told that I would be refunded, only to be told I would be refunded within 24-48 hours. I will be attaching the screenshots in this reply to prove that you are lying.
Also regarding the impression plates, I bought the service because you stated I could get physical scans, then you sent the kits out yourself without giving me the option (clearly showing that you were opting for the cheaper choice of the two). Also regarding the two kits - the first one was undersized.
It’s really unprofessional of you to state that. You didn’t refund my amount till I said I would contact PayPal, and that is visible in the 3 minute reply you had when I told you I would be contacting PayPal. So thank you for proving my point that you are unprofessional.
