Dee set my expectations from the start and consultated with me throughout the session which is great because i know some people are reall shy when it comes to speaking up about their hair. Salon is a great vibe, everyone was so nice and gave me tea while I enjoyed my hair wash.

Elara L Avoid This Salon at All Costs I booked an appointment at this salon for my mother’s birthday, thinking we were treating her to a quality experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster. Not only was the service expensive, but it was also extremely poor. The person who colored my mother’s hair seemed completely inexperienced. When she washed her hair, there was dye left on her ears, and even after she scratched her ears, dye transferred to her fingers! As if that wasn’t bad enough, the blow wave was horrendous—her hair is easy to style, yet somehow it looked worse than when she walked in. My mother now has to wash and style her own hair because the stylist clearly didn’t know what they were doing. It’s beyond frustrating to pay so much money for such a terrible experience. I can’t believe the salon would allow someone so unqualified to work on clients. If I had known this is the kind of service we’d receive, I would have never booked the appointment. I expected much better, especially for the price. This was a total letdown, and I will not be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Tracey Tran I’ve been going to Mystique Creations Hair Salon for a few years now, and I can honestly say it’s the best salon I’ve ever been to! The girls are amazing — so friendly, sweet, professional, and incredibly talented. Every time I leave, I’m beyond thrilled with my hair. My hair is constantly healthy throughout the years. The work they do is incredible, and their work ethic is unmatched. They really take the time to understand what you want and make sure you leave feeling your best. Highly recommend!

SS My nails look terrible and they are uneven. I don’t think she fitted the nail properly and I asked for coffin shape but it’s so wonky.

Y T They are professional and well talented. The most organised and clean nail salon Ive ever been too. They always do a nice job, never regretted a visit. I went to them first to get pampered for my wedding and have ever since been going there.

Sritama Mahanty The girls do a great job. I love the shellac manicure and regular pedicure. They are quite good with waxing as well. Very clean, polite and friendly staff, on-time service. Highly recommended.
