Santin Lisa did an amazing job on my nails. I asked for SNS with shellac designs over the top. During the nail manicure process, Lisa was extremely patient, making sure I was happy with everything before moving forward onto each step. I love how my nails have turned out, I would certainly recommend Lisa! :)

Sab ita I went in for my threading today. I have been visiting them for a while now. Everytime Ive been there theres always someone new. And everybody was amazing however this morning the lady was too rude. When i asked her if she can fix my threading she told me i have to point out the hair that i wanted to be taken. I asked her to give me the shape and make it clean but she was like no i wont be touching your shape. i can only pull out extra growth. If u are not experienced to create the shape then why are you even there. And the attitude was like i dont care, this is what i do and how i do. I just wanted to say if you are in customer service please learn to be humble.

Belinda Trembath Monesha did my eyebrow threading and henna tint. She was gentle and explained all the parts of the process. While that was developing, she offered to wax my lip, chin and sides of my face. Ive not had this before so the upsell was a welcome surprise. My makeup will sit and stay on my face much better now. Im looking forward to when that happens! She was an excellent practitioner and her attention to detail proves she is experienced and focussed on the task. Thank you and see you again soon!

Megan Palmer Anu did my brow tint and threading today and she was great! She was really friendly, easy to get along with and I am really happy with how my brows turned out. She even recommended henna for me in future as it lasts longer :)

Bianca Flavell Anu was EXCELLENT. She worked fast which works well for me, and left my brows thick, and shaped perfectly how I like. Very friendly and polite, greeted me with a smile and a wave as soon as I came in. I will definitely be coming back here specifically for Anu, and recommending her to my friends. 10/10!

hannah connors I’ve been coming here for over a decade and nowhere else in the Western suburbs compares. Everyone is so lovely, my SNS always lasts until my next appointment. Had my nails done by Lucy today - I love them!!

Reena Batra I do not recommend this place. I got SNS done and my nails started cracking and chipping in just one week. Nails from other places lasts at least a month but this did not last even a week and when I complained they said SNS usually lasts only about 10 days. This is the first time I heard that SNS lasts only 10 days. This place is a waste of money. Maybe the products used are of cheap quality or maybe the skills is not good. I am very disappointed.

Sue Buissink Have been going to this place for years and always paid the same amount for cash, today for some reason they charged more claiming that my nails are long and took more time ( by the way my nails have always been the same length)They have never done this and their sign says $45. Happy with the my nails but NOT happy with them just charging more when they feel like it. Has anyone else experienced this

Zisha S Am and Pink are the best! Today I felt like doing something different and they did it perfectly! The nail techs were very kind and sweet and they treated me like a queen. She saved me from an absolute hair disaster (from a different hairdresser elsewhere) and I left the salon such a happy girl in comparison to when I had walked in. I love my new colour and Jasmine really knew what she was talking about, talking me through every step and what she was doing and why, which was so helpful to me as I was feeling anxious due to my previous experience elsewhere. Amanda Brown Got a set of French tip nails - they went yellow in less than 24hours. Within a week they were already coming off. Ive had my nails done many times elsewhere and I felt that the lady didnt do all the usual steps as she seemed to be rushing (even though there was no one waiting). Would give negative stars if I could! I ended up going to the other nail place in the centre to get them redone - I suggest you go there instead as they were 1000% better and more professional.
