Trang Tran I just had an amazing experience at Malone Beauty, and I’m truly impressed with the service quality. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and professional. Everything was taken care of with great attention to detail, from choosing the right lash style to the entire extension process. The salon was comfortable and clean, making me feel relaxed throughout. After the extension, my lashes look natural and full, with no discomfort at all. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends!

hiam el Sayegh I got my lashes done today by this beautiful angel! I asked for a classic set with a little extra lashes on the ends (size 13) and she did even better than I could’ve hoped for. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, smelt amazing too!! She was very lovely and gentle during the whole service, I’m definitely going to be a regular here :)

Ian & Eleanor Laurente Soneez has been incredible and is so kind! I have been coming to see her for all my wellbeing beauty needs for 6 months. Her Head Spa package is Devine, I felt at ease, relaxed and renewed. It included facial and head and shoulder massage. The blow wave and care was perfect. I didn’t know I need it, felt so good! I always get my brows threaded and tinted by her. Beautifully shaped and lots of care taken. I will be getting the eyebrow micro blading next. Definitely recommend!!

Soulla Sweetman I have been going to Irene for all my beauty needs for a few years now. Ive only had waxing and nails done so far, but recently had my eyebrows and eyeliner tattooed. Her nail art is amazing, she is a true artist, manually drawing amazing art on nails, and her work is perfect. Recently when I had my eyebrows tattooed, I was even more amazed at Irenes talent, and perfectionism. She does everything with precision, is very professional, and I was particularly impressed (not knowing what to expect with the tattooing) that she explained every little task to me in great detail, and made sure I was okay with everything and that I was comfortable the whole time, to the extent of putting a blanket over me when I was cold. I am completely happy with my brows and look 10 years younger, thanks to Irene. Ramanjeet Kaur Worst therapeutic and customer service experience I’ve had in my life. I came in for my first session in January and the laser settings were turned down so low that I had hair regrowth in under a week as well as large patches that were not treated at all, I thought this would be a one off issue as I was new to the clinic and they wanted to be on the safer side. Second session in and they refused to increase the settings but instead wanted to lower them more citing the hot weather that day; knowing lower settings do nothing for my skin… and that these treatments are not cheap I refused to be treated that day knowing I was wasting $300 yet ahain on a glorified shave. At this session I asked for a full refund of my remaining sessions so I could return to my original laser clinic where they were comfortable treating my skin with the care it needed, I was asked to come in another day that week to receive the refund where they sat me down and REFUSED to refund me… after making me leave work early to attend this “consultation” I escalated this to consumer affairs after which they agreed to refund me asking me to come into the clinic AGAIN between Sunday to Thursday. After adjusting my work hours yet ahain to be able to attend they were not able to process my refund because no managers were working. I am sick of being chased around in circles and making sacrifices multiple times to be able to go into the clinic just to be sat down for half an hour, have my time wasted and not get my money back. I’m genuinley considering my legal options if a refund is not processed by the end of this week. Pathetic excuse of a clinic.

Harjit Virk I was 4 mins late for my appointment and as I walked in, I saw kirstina sitting at the front desk doing nothing. There were no customers at the clinic when I walked in and so I went up to her and told her I’m here for my 10am neck and sideburns appointment. I got refused service because I was late and there was a customer at 10:10am. I pleaded her that it will not take more than five mins since it’s only a small amount of area. She straight up said “no it takes 10-15mins”. I am extremely dissatisfied. Whenever I come in for my appointment I always have to wait 10-15 minutes which is not fair. Very very bad service. Extremely disappointed since I always come here

Jade I’ve been coming to this nail salon for the past 6 months and I can honestly say it’s the best one I’ve been to around this area. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. They have a huge selection of colors to choose from, so there’s always something new to try. What I appreciate most is how careful and detail-oriented they are with your nails — they really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. My nails always come out looking beautiful and exactly how I want them. Highly recommend!

Carole I went to Almond Salon & Spa today to treat myself, and it was such a great experience! As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Jenny and Tina, which made me feel comfortable right away. I chose this salon because it’s close to home, and I’m so glad I did. The place was clean, cozy, and very inviting. Tina did my nails and was amazing. She copied the design I showed her perfectly and was super friendly and easy to talk to during the whole appointment. The service was excellent from start to finish. They were both kind, professional, and really made sure I felt pampered. I highly recommend Almond Salon and will definitely be going back! Eyebrows are one of the most important features on the face and I have struggled to find and artist who listens and delivers what i want when shaping my brows. I went to see Ginni for the first time yesterday and I was more than pleased with her work and genral professionalism. Will be my go to loving forward. I highly recommend this service!

Xuan Nhi Nguyen Came at around 4:58pm after shopping around Kmart. Not knowing what time it was, I asked the ladies respectfully if they were closed and they said no. I proceeded to tell them what I wanted to get done. Then they said no we’re closed and tells me to come back tomorrow then they looked at each other and carried on laughing about the incident. Not professional at all. It made me look like a joke as I honestly had a busy day earlier not knowing the time. Made me feel like that movie in mean girls. Will not come back. Wasn’t going to leave a review but they made me feel bullied as I was by myself. Could have just said ‘sorry we’re closed’

She did a great job of doing my eyebrows and it seems like all staff there have great knowledge about what they’re doing. As well as this, the prices are super cheap and reasonable. Franchezca Sudla First time to visit this salon and 100% would recommend. Good services. Very clean space, massage chairs are so extra, theirs are soo comfy you could fall asleep! Did mani pedi shellac and it was neatly and carefully done. Didn’t feel rushed at all unlike in other salons. Lovely staff.

zaynab asvi The greatest nail salon I’ve been too!!! The service from the ladies was absolutely incredible. Very nice seating and clean tables. All tools and accessories are sterilised between each customer. The ladies would give out water and hot towels as refreshments. My nails were done exactly how I wanted them, the lady was so nice, soft, gentle and polite. Also very cheap aswell compared to other places. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE…LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!! Will definitely be coming back here!

Latifa Barukzai Not happy with the service they over charge so much I wanted simple plain French with two bow charms and wanted to charge $100 when normal French there is $80, very poor service my nails didn’t come out how I wanted them too and acrylic was left all around my nails. The photo I showed them was not a clear base but as you can see they put a clear base on. Also they always change their prices they don’t have a set price at all. The lady next to me wasn’t happy at all with her nails they went all yellow and had lines going through them.

Binadie Muthucumarana By far the best nail salon I have been too. I did a gel x set here and the ladies took their time filing my nails and making sure i was happy. They weren’t trying to make me get designs and upcharge me; which I appreciated. I returned to get a pedicure done, and they took there time servicing me rather than trying to get clients in and out the door. They did not miss a step at all and even gave my feet a massage with hot stones. I will now be a regular here !!

She really took the time and care to do my nails and made adjustments when I asked! Albina bee Fiona is my new favorite person. Girls, we all know how overwhelming it is when nail salons hand you the dreaded basket full of colours and you have to sit there and decide what you want. I managed to pick a single colour and Fiona took it from there, offering advice to what would look best. She was so gentle with my nails that I nearly fell asleep. My nails have never felt or looked better. The photos dont do it justice. If youre thinking about coming here, dont hesitate for a second!!

Alisha M I have been a customer with Vesacda since they opened, however my latest appointment they have seemed to price gouge significantly. Never in my life have I paid $60 for a basic pedicure! Outrageous. Especially when I was always charged between $45-$50. I won’t be returning and will be finding a new salon that doesn’t change there price depending on the day and customer.

R Rao I strongly believe this place deletes negative reviews. I clearly remember posting a one-star review a few years ago when I was new to the western suburbs. To this day, this remains the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, despite living all over Melbourne. Not only do they use poor-quality products, but they are also completely unopen to criticism. The staff will mock you, argue with you, and fail to notice things like fluff stuck between your nails and the polish. If you’re a perfectionist, do not go here—they won’t fix issues you’re unhappy with. On top of that, the staff were so rude to me that everyone else in the waiting area was glaring at me. I strongly, strongly do not recommend this place. This is my second time posting a review to emphasise just how bad the experience was.

H I’m very conscious about my brows and struggle to find the right place and the right set of hands to fix them, ALWAYS. I was a bit unsteady coming to a new salon and letting another person yet again attempt to fix my eyebrows and walked in thinking I was going to leave disappointed because I’ve never had my brows done right. Always have had to pluck stray hairs the beautician always rushes and leaves for me to fix. However in a split decision I decided to allow the lovely woman sitting behind the reception at Nishas brow & beauty to attempt my brows and this is the first time EVER I have been handed over the mirror to see my eyebrows and be stunned at how well they were done. And for $15??? Can’t go wrong. I think I’ve found my new brow place. I’ll see you next week!

Anupama Agarwal DO NOT GO HERE!! I wish I could give 0 stars because I would. I came in for eyebrow threading. I requested a thinner brow and a sharp edge. The lady ruined my shape completely, didn’t thin the brow as requested or tidy the ends. After she attempted to fix it, it was so uneven and there was a sharp line under the arch - photo attached of what they did. The work is total garbage and I now have to wait 4 weeks to grow it up before I can have it reshaped. I do not recommend.
