Isabelle Kulick I LOVE JENNY!! I’ve been going to her for about 2 years and I literally cannot fathom being without her. But when she’s gone on holiday in the past I have had Lily and Katie(maybe Kate?) and they are also brilliant. I cannot fault a single tech there. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. The owner Nikki is like a mother hen to everyone and knows each person by name. It feels like a community as much as a place to get nails done!

Kristen Cutting Have been going to Feeling Smooth for nearly 13 years and I’m always keen to come back due to their excellent customer service and amazing skills. Today I had the most divine hydrafacial with the lovely Alicia. The experience was both relaxing and invigorating. My skin feels so plump and smooth which is usually really dry and sensitive. Highly recommend!

Nori I have waxing and eyelashes done regularly at Sol Brow&Lashes. The girls are extremely professional and friendly. Amazing results every time, they also accommodate me whenever I need last minute touch up. A wide variety of service too. Couldn’t ask for more. Strongly recommend!

Allison Van etten My experience here was disappointing. Despite having a scheduled time, I was kept waiting for 30 minutes. When my turn finally came, the technician didnt offer a manicure and rushed through the job. To make matters worse, it became clear that the reason for the rush was so one of the staff members could have her nails done next!! My nails feel rough and unfinished. I wouldnt recommend going here.

G. Bolz Very friendly, clean and welcoming. Got a brow wax, left disappointed. Brows cut short, lost my shape and unwanted hairs still there. Not worth $35. Perhaps the facials would be better.

Jasmine Clarke Came here for the mother and daughter package with my mam whilst she was over here visiting from the UK. We both had a lovely time, feeling very relaxed during and afterwards. Thank you to the girls who looked after us! Also thank you to the girl on reception who added a free enhancement each onto our package after we were seriously let down by the Caroline Springs venue.

Isabelle Kulick I LOVE CHARLIE. Literally don’t want to go to anyone else. I feel like she understands the vibe in every convo and also does such an AMAZING job!! When I have gone to others for waxing and tinting I’ve liked them, Georgia is great at waxing she’s quick and efficient. But I find that Charlie is the most knowledgeable and experienced. I’ve been going to Brazilian butterfly for a long time and have experienced there tumultuous moments as well, getting messed around a bit when a staff member left spontaneously a few christmases ago, and Di the owner did everything in her power to make it right and fix all that got switched around given the chaos of Christmas rushes. Di is very accomodating and helpful, managing the business well.

Lara Honeyfield Was my first time here and I cannot recommend higher! Jasmine did an incredible job with my nails and was so lovely to talk to and the whole team were so friendly and nice. These are my favourite set ever and I will be come back again and again!

Negin Abd I just did a full set of SNS ( French) with someone called Nguyen , she is lovely but my nails looked so fake and uneven, she even was getting offended when I was trying to give my opinion and request during the appointment. I had to go back and get them removed , she said she is sorry but never offered me a refund, even with removing she asked me to do the removal myself which I find it to be rude.

Kavya Sridhar Heena was very sweet and an amazing nail tech with a beautiful personality. She is so talented and very efficient with the nails. It was a pleasure to get my nails done by her, would recommend and revisit! The nails came out perfect and I love them so much! Thank you Heena!
