C H Gym has improved dramatically in the time that Ive been a member, upgrading equipment, maintaining hygiene for toilets/ change rooms and keeping facilities clean and well maintained. The facilities are limited, but the members make it work. Good vibes and good people, all feedback is taken on board, and appropriate changes are implemented. From a price point, its steep for what you get.. but with limited gyms in the area.. it is what it is...

Penny W I have been attending classes at On Core Pilates to maintain physical strength for many years and cannot recommend this studio highly enough. The owner and instructors are all incredibly caring and knowledgeable in their profession. Their attention to each individual is exceptional and they are always quick to respond to communications. If anyone is looking for a good pilates studio, I recommend trying On Core in Upwey.

James Evans What dedicated and passionate group of Pilates instructors. You will find none more passionate than Danni in the area. This person has so much great energy and the space is perfect. Even the other clients in the space are welcoming and kind which is testament to the culture created there. Thanks for helping make me stronger.
