Nymph Luther I took KB’s lost wax taster workshop recently, and it blew my high expectations out of the water. KB was wonderful. Friendly, kind, patient, and eager to answer all my questions. Very accomodating and understanding. I was able to make two rings and will receive them via the mail soon. KB also showed us some of her own work which was gorgeous, weighty and high quality. Anyone purchasing jewellery, attending a workshop or purchasing an online guide from KB could not do better. Highly recommend.

hanasaram What load of losers, called to get a rough price how much they would buy the bagels we had, the guy on the phone says my manager said don’t give any price over the phone , what the heck? All others giving there pricing but not them. I just need a rough price so I don’t drive for 1 hour just to be disappointed I wouldn’t recommend them. Go elsewhere

Dewan Mohashin I would give Zero Star. We wanted to buy medium nose pin and finalised the price for medium. However, the tall sales man gave us the small nose pin instead medium and charged us for medium one. When we point it out in the spot he was still claiming it is medium. I told him to bring small one and keep it with medium one and we can see the difference. Rubbish customer service 0 out of 10. Be careful guys when you dealing with them.
