1 /5 hanasaram: What load of losers, called to get a rough price how much they would buy the bagels we had, the guy on the phone says my manager said don’t give any price over the phone , what the heck? All others giving there pricing but not them. I just need a rough price so I don’t drive for 1 hour just to be disappointed I wouldn’t recommend them. Go elsewhere

1 /5 Dewan Mohashin: I would give Zero Star. We wanted to buy medium nose pin and finalised the price for medium. However, the tall sales man gave us the small nose pin instead medium and charged us for medium one. When we point it out in the spot he was still claiming it is medium. I told him to bring small one and keep it with medium one and we can see the difference. Rubbish customer service 0 out of 10. Be careful guys when you dealing with them.

5 /5 Eleanor Laver: I don’t usually subscribe to gold and random Jewellery stores however I was surprisingly impressed by the handsome young man who served me (presumably the owner) he was funny, smart and charming and knowledgeable. Will take my girlfriends and gays next time I visit! Loved it xx

I went in wanting to buy a small set of earrings, the senior sales person (maybe the owner) literally told me the amount we want to spend is not even worth his time! I genuinely don’t enjoy shopping and usually try to buy as quickly as I can and get out! Also go in expecting to haggle as everyone does and it apparently works?!
