1 /5 I P: Extremely poor service for a luxury jewellery store.
I guess there’s no need to mention the line-up as it seems to be standard, but as is mentioned in other reviews, it doesn’t feel like a very “luxury” experience from the get go.
Why not just let customers in to look around until a SA is available?
My mum and I were there looking for a birthday present for me, and the customer service was non-existent.
Not happy or friendly from the lady who served us, and extremely impersonal.
It was very uncomfortable and awkward.
Went to Louis Vuitton next door and bought a present there instead, where the service was a lot friendlier and even managed to upsell due to the elevated level of service.
Truly inexplicable how terrible the customer service is when the product you sell is so expensive. Seems like they’ll hire just about anyone there.
