Emma P I rang the store and I rang customer service to say that I was in qld and when I would be back (in one week) and they told me my order would be fine and it wouldn’t get cancelled. And now I get an email saying my order was cancelled. I placed a previous order for a sale item only to have that cancelled by Pandora saying it was out of stock, the next day I went to my local store (the one I ordered from) and it was in stock. Pretty poor service I have received both times from Pandora during a sale. It’s like they don’t want you buying sale items. Not happy at all and will be the last time I buy from this company

shallow59 We always get wonderful service at Michael Hill, Chadstone. We shopped there for my birthday and had a very helpful salesman who was never pushy and gave us a lot of time and attention as we made our choice. Well be going back there.

Basicallykristy My partner and I went into Michael Hill Chadstone just to browse for a birthday gift, we were immediately greeted and asked how they could help, a few minutes later we were seen by the beautiful and amazing Maddy! She was so incredibly helpful and listened to all my preferences and ideas on what type of ring I was looking for, she pointed me in the right direction and was so helpful in finding out additional information about the rings I was looking at. She even helped us by guiding us with ring sizing and since we were visiting from Adelaide she gave us ideas on where we should visit while we’re in Melbourne! She was so lovely and we had a great conversation with her and I just can’t recommend her enough! If only we lived in Melbourne I would be there to see Maddy with any jewellery purchases I need.

Peter Sullivan Bought two sets of earrings as a Christmas present for my wife and was promised by staff that I could exchange the gold ones if my wife didn’t like them, as she normally wears silver. Well, when it came to try and exchange them I was told that they could not be exchanged even though they had never been worn. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Moni V Paspaley Chadstone has the most beautiful pearl jewellery! The store is bright, well laid-out and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. It is a luxury boutique so the jewellery is very expensive, but if you’re looking for truly stunning pearl jewellery, Paspaley is perfect for you. The store is only small, and is located on the ground floor in the luxury section between Prada and Burberry, near David Jones.

John Z We have our worst experience at Paspaley Chadstone yesterday. A Chinese sales lady was assisting us when we wish to check a few Pendants, and she is kind of not helpful in a way that only take things out without any instruction and we kind of feel that she is impatient. We purchased item from Paspaley Melbourne, and will stick with them instead of Chadstone. 2 star instead of 1 to encourage changes in the future.
