1 /5 Emma P: I rang the store and I rang customer service to say that I was in qld and when I would be back (in one week) and they told me my order would be fine and it wouldn’t get cancelled. And now I get an email saying my order was cancelled. I placed a previous order for a sale item only to have that cancelled by Pandora saying it was out of stock, the next day I went to my local store (the one I ordered from) and it was in stock. Pretty poor service I have received both times from Pandora during a sale. It’s like they don’t want you buying sale items. Not happy at all and will be the last time I buy from this company

1 /5 danielle b: Felt truly discriminated against at pandora chadstone today 13/12. When my mum and i entered the store there was customers being served so we had a look around, once they were gone we waited to be served while the staff did something on their computers, another pair came into the store and one of the staff beelined straight for them even though we were the only people waiting for about 10 minutes. I don’t want to believe there is racism still around but it doesn’t help when the staff member who was white ran to the white customers and my mother and i are brown skin. Super disappointing and she lost out on a sale. Wont ever be back.

We walked in and the girls were standing behind the counter, talking to each other, made eye contact with us and continued to talk. We were unsure of what to get so read the book at the counter instead of being offered some help. Walked out and bought the gift at Tiffany and co.

5 /5 It’s me Palida: I purchased their ring a few months back and one of the gem has shift off. I was extremely worried that they will not fix or replace it with out my receipt, but luckily during the purchase the stuff register an account for me so there was a record of my purchased. The stuff was very helpful she look up my account and give me a replacement. Your help is highly appreciated Katherine ( my apologies if I spell your name wrong) Ps. The pandora that I went to is on the food court floor not on 1st floor.
