1 /5 Berry Eain: I have never written a negative review as it affect people’s businesses but I am genuinely shocked and disappointed with the service here today. A younger lady kindly helped me choose a pair of studs and we noticed there is a diamond missing on a pair of cluster diamond earrings. She went to an elderly lady who works there to inspect and was told to inform me that it was part of the design. The elderly lady then spoke to the younger sales staff across the room, something along the lines of “ we only have that one in store, if she doesn’t want to buy it, she doesn’t have to”. I then attempted to explain to her that the missing diamond is just too obvious but since I really liked the design, and if she can do anything about it. But she replied with an attitude “if you think there’s something wrong with it, I won’t sell it to you” and glared at me. I hope management takes prompt action to train staff better to HELP customers rather than debunking customers’ concerns. Truly disappointing…
