1 /5 Katt __: Really disappointed. I’m super careful with my jewellery having worked at a jeweller myself and within a month of having one of their necklaces the stone fell out. The person serving was rude and I had to fight to have it fixed when it’s clearly a quality fault. Went to put it on today after not wearing since January when it was fixed and the chain snapped. Not happy.

4 /5 B: Lovely business I got my ring re-rhodium plated and it hadn’t come up as expected so the man has offered to re do it once back from holidays at no charge that’s what you call customer service! Lovely understanding family
