Christina Roma Huge shoutout to Tugba and Maddie at Harli and Harper in Westfield Doncaster. They were honestly amazing and so kind, they helped me with so much and made the whole experience so lovely. They were both so patient, sweet and genuinely caring. The staff here are always super helpful and welcoming. Every time I visit, it’s such a good vibe, and the jewellery is absolutely beautiful with so many pretty and unique pieces. Thank you again Tugba and Maddie, you seriously made my day. I’ll definitely be back.

Staff look and sound miserable. Had to ask for a tray so we could look at options. No service offered such as ‘let me show you …’ had to ask for every little step

AAY My wife went to the Doncaster pandora store to have her bracelet, ring and charms polished and cleaned. She was advised to come after 2 days to collect them. We went back after 2 days as per advice and was served by a staff who was clearly untrained. When we collected the jewelry it was either unprocessed or cleaned very poorly. When questioning the staff he had the audacity to put the blame on my wife that she didn’t store her jewelry and it’s so badly tarnished that it couldn’t be cleaned. He even referenced his mother who supposedly wore pandora jewelry for 20 years and never seen something so beyond cleaning. Long story short I insisted this staff put the bracelet in the cleaning machine just to satisfy that it has been processed. To his credit he was happy to and surprise surprise the bracelet came out actually clean. To Pandora, please train your staff, he was preferring to accept the quality of your product as subpar than offer assistance and check that cleaning actually took place.

Nigel A I had a great experience purchasing my Tudor Black Bay 54 from Doncaster’s Gregory Jeweller’s. I happened to walk in on the same day Tudor announced their price increase… unlucky timing! While I wasn’t able to get a discount, the team went above and beyond to make the experience feel special by gifting me a complimentary Tudor baseball cap and a beautifully presented Tudor book, which I really appreciated. They also took the time to ensure the bracelet sizing was done properly, even if it meant I couldn’t take the watch home that day. It showed real care and attention to detail, which speaks volumes about their customer service. Overall, a very professional and friendly team. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future purchases or servicing.

Berry Eain I have never written a negative review as it affect people’s businesses but I am genuinely shocked and disappointed with the service here today. A younger lady kindly helped me choose a pair of studs and we noticed there is a diamond missing on a pair of cluster diamond earrings. She went to an elderly lady who works there to inspect and was told to inform me that it was part of the design. The elderly lady then spoke to the younger sales staff across the room, something along the lines of “ we only have that one in store, if she doesn’t want to buy it, she doesn’t have to”. I then attempted to explain to her that the missing diamond is just too obvious but since I really liked the design, and if she can do anything about it. But she replied with an attitude “if you think there’s something wrong with it, I won’t sell it to you” and glared at me. I hope management takes prompt action to train staff better to HELP customers rather than debunking customers’ concerns. Truly disappointing…

Dee I will never step foot in the Doncaster store again. Im so deeply appalled by the lack of customer service I just experienced. Both attendants treated me like a thief, they would barely show me the jewelry, stating it was their store policy not to let me look at it closely. The attendants then later reprimanded my children for eating a snack in store - they made no mess whatsoever, again stating it was their store policy.. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They lost out on 2 sales today! They need serious training!

Mel S Went in to buy a $2800 bracelet and the lady behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me. No a hi, no smile. I stood at the counter for around 10 minutes before leaving. The other lady was helping someone else and she didn’t acknowledge me either even though I stood directly in front of both of them. went to Angus and Coote and spent my money there instead

Inactive / have to give 2 stars as second time i came in i received okay customer service, but first time was appalling. first time, i came in unknowing of the time being 4:50, 10 minutes to closing. i work in retail so i completely understand how it can be annoying to have a customer walk in so late, but i hasn’t checked the time before coming in and there were other customers. lady at the front service had a very unpleasant face on and was being snappy with customers. i waited standing near the chains and watching, and she could see me viewing and looking at her but she stood right where she was and didn’t come over, so i assumed she was busy. she then yells out “can i help anyone?” and i ask if she could please bring down the steel chains for me to look at. she brings them down, and i ask if i could look at the others on display as well and she snaps back that she can’t bring multiples down, which i know now is a lie as the next day when i came in that was done no problem. she kept huffing and puffing and looking at her watch every few minutes, and i kind of got the hint and asked “i’m so sorry are you about to close?” and she said “yes” and then i kind of just decided to leave to be courteous. she then yells to everyone in the store “you know we don’t get paid past 5!”. i completely understand her frustration but i feel like it could’ve been easily resolved if she had just… let me know that they’re about to close? how incredibly unprofessional to speak to customers this way. and the next time i came in and bought the chains, although the different lady who served me was nice, she still kind of made excuses for this behaviour. it is immature and childish and at her age, she should know much bettter

Melanie Van Lochem I live 1 hour 15 from Fountain Gate. I was refused a replacement of a damaged piece of jewellery I had gifted to me a year go as I didnt have a receipt which is fair enough, but i was also told a bank statement would not be sufficient either. I was told the only store that had the same piece as mine was Doncaster. The sales lady at Fountain Gate only seemed interested in making a sale and showed no interest in helping with after purchase care, she was so desperate for a sale she even tried to sell me a cleaning cloth for my damaged Jewellery! Enter Jane at Doncaster. After a phone call to Jane on the same day she advised that they had the last piece of its kind in the country and as I would have to return a week later and this time travel 1 hour 30 that I would need talk to the manager to see what could be arranged based on the type of piece I was after. Jane even held the item to ensure it was available for me. After travelling down, the manager Lucy was fantastic, asked barely any questions and was happy to accept a screenshot of a bank statement.Less then 10 minutes later i was walking out the door with my replacement and huge sense of satisfaction. Lucy was more apologetic then she need to be for a bad situation she had nothing to do with. Swarovski Fountain Gate - 0 out of 5 starts and will never return. Swarovski Doncaster - 5 out of 5 starts and will travel the extra distance to deal with them in the future.

Blake I had a brand new Gucci watch gifted to me for my birthday, But when I opened the box we noticed it had stopped working, I called up they told me to bring it down so they can look at it. The Staff allowed me to switch it out for a new watch, Which was amazing. I appreciate the fantastic service and the fact that I can now wear it and enjoy my new watch.. Thank you! Andrew Iskandar Customer service is BAD. No sales = you dont exists. Although I am only shopping around, the staff left bad impression for herself and for the shop. Leave the shop after trying few watches, I intentionally thank her TWICE, none of them is answered back and she had a rude attitude back. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Basterbine Bambietta “E” I entered this store to determine the value of my diamond ring and whether it could be purchased for a reasonable price. Initially, the woman at the front was pleasant and make an effort to assess its quality. However, a bald man appeared from the back, picked up the ring from her and took one glance at it, and declared it was not real. I understand that one cannot accurately judge a diamonds authenticity with just a single look, which made me feel as though I was being judged based on my appearance, and that what I was wearing and the way I looked affected the outcome. Overall, I will not be returning to this store (unless there is promised to reasonably assess my ring and come to an agreement on accurate assessment of the ring and its quality) and I will advise my family and friends to steer clear of this jeweler altogether. Thanks (not).
