2 /5 Inactive /: have to give 2 stars as second time i came in i received okay customer service, but first time was appalling. first time, i came in unknowing of the time being 4:50, 10 minutes to closing. i work in retail so i completely understand how it can be annoying to have a customer walk in so late, but i hasn’t checked the time before coming in and there were other customers. lady at the front service had a very unpleasant face on and was being snappy with customers. i waited standing near the chains and watching, and she could see me viewing and looking at her but she stood right where she was and didn’t come over, so i assumed she was busy. she then yells out “can i help anyone?” and i ask if she could please bring down the steel chains for me to look at. she brings them down, and i ask if i could look at the others on display as well and she snaps back that she can’t bring multiples down, which i know now is a lie as the next day when i came in that was done no problem. she kept huffing and puffing and looking at her watch every few minutes, and i kind of got the hint and asked “i’m so sorry are you about to close?” and she said “yes” and then i kind of just decided to leave to be courteous. she then yells to everyone in the store “you know we don’t get paid past 5!”. i completely understand her frustration but i feel like it could’ve been easily resolved if she had just… let me know that they’re about to close? how incredibly unprofessional to speak to customers this way. and the next time i came in and bought the chains, although the different lady who served me was nice, she still kind of made excuses for this behaviour. it is immature and childish and at her age, she should know much bettter
