While they did respond to emails, they failed to provide a return address, making it impossible to return the item and complete the refund process. The phone number listed under their Afterpay merchant details is incorrect and belongs to someone else, leaving no reliable way to resolve the issue. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. A business should stand by its products and make the return process clear and fair.

Highly recommend their jewellery in either gold or silver…it made the selection fun and challenging and offers the opportunity to go back for more!

1 /5 Nicole Kascak: I got a soldered bracelet which I love however it came off and I got in contact with the customer service team and they advised I’d have to come to the store on open days and pay $40 to get it fixed. I come in on a Saturday when they are supposed to be open completely closed, turns out they now have no opening hours. Messaged and emailed to ask how to get my bracelet fixed and to come in. No response.

Kartik Singh Eddie and his brothers were exceptional during this entire process. My BIL had used them to get his engagement ring 7 years ago and now me. Eddie was incredibly patient with me as I knew nothing about rings, and he took hours to sit with me and discuss options, designs and the pros and cons of different choices etc. The ring was absolutely beautiful and my fiancé couldn’t be happier, or imagine herself wearing anything else. Would highly recommend Torres if you are looking for an engagement right - they are just great guys, truly care about their customers and making sure they get it right, and ensure that you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
