The process of designing the ring was a dream. We chose the sapphire in the studio and then the rest of the design was done via email. Sasha has an exquisite selection of stones to choose from and found the perfect diamond side pairings for me. Sasha listened to what I liked and managed to thread it all into the most perfectly designed ring. It was a first class experience - and hopefully not my last!

David Tran Staff was very rude especially the male staff. Please don’t open a store and sell items if you are unwilling for potential customers to touch items to see how they feel. We were about to buy a few scarves and jumpers until the staff came up to us and told us not to touch but only to look. The quality must not be that great if we weren’t allowed to touch them.

Lily Cooper I was extremely disappointed in the customer service of this shop, especially with the owner. I was with some friends, looking at a jumper when the owner verbally belittled me, implying that I was not financially capable of purchasing said jumper. This comment was rude and completely uncalled for, making me feel extremely embarrassed. It left me shaken for the rest of the day. Will not be supporting her business anymore.

Cheney D Rose and Dale at Unique Diamonds are absolute gems. My fiancé and I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday and they made time to see us despite being fully booked that day. We had my grandmothers heirloom engagement ring that we wanted to change the band on, but keep the basket setting. They explained the process, price (super reasonable!!) and were super kind to us. We dropped the ring off on a Tuesday and by Friday it was ready for us to pick up. The ring looks brand new after its clean and polish, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.
