1 /5 Bella: I recently changed the battery in my watch. The price was higher than anywhere else. When I got the watch back, the time was set. When I needed to change the time on April 2, I couldnt do it. I took the watch to another watchmaker and it turned out that the crown was broken. I had to replace it. As a result, replacing the battery cost me half the cost of my modern watch. I didnt go to this service to fix what they broke because I cant trust this inept watchmaker! Better avoid him!

Ashleigh Boyce Purchased some leather chains from here and Duncan was quick to respond when I emailed a few days later to make sure the order was received on his end. One chain was too short and Duncan was incredibly helpful in purchasing a new one and returning the original. We ended up keeping the original and gifting to someone else because we are very happy with the quality and Duncans help through the whole process. Go support this small business.
