5 /5 Marco Nero: I recently visited the Fuse Silver store at Castle Towers (NSW) several times this week (and twice today) to purchase gifts for other people. I spoke with several different staff who were all helpful and polite. I felt no pressure to buy and they were able to recommend suitable items for me on request. The service was excellent and the products were both well-made and, in some cases, unique one-off pieces. As a kiosk-style store, I was surprised at the range of Silver items they were selling - and if youre fond of Silver jewellery, this is certainly the place to visit. Each display cabinet has a theme based on the types of gemstones or type of jewellery contained within. - and there are literally hundreds of products to choose from. I have no hesitation in recommending Fuse Silver. Their products are quite well priced when you consider the metal content, any gemstones used and the work of the jewellers and artisans involved. I look forward to checking in again to see any new pieces that arrive in future.

I have bought many rings and necklaces from this place and always had such a great experience. My sister bought me two rings for Christmas as I mentioned many times to her about how I love the rings. Unfortunately they were too little for my fingers and I had to exchange them. Yesterday 8th Jan I went to the shop at 4:05pm. The lady looked at my receipt but said they were closed and I would have to come back tomorrow. I was happy to come back as I didn’t realise they were closed. 9th Jan I came back to exchange my rings to larger sizes. The lady was pretty abrupt straight of the bat and refused to exchange them as she stated their Christmas returns was until boxing day only. I think this is a really unfair policy as who is able to get to the shops that quickly after Christmas? Also I have exchanged items in the past that my partner has bought for me due to sizing and has never been an issue. Standard practice is two weeks and up to 15 Jan for Christmas trading. I am so disappointed at the rude service and unfair policy at a shop I have really enjoyed for years :(

1 /5 Joseph Girgis: Really rude older women served us, and was quite aggressive in the way she spoke. A necklace had snapped one day after purchasing and they would not provide a refund

1 /5 Eliza B: Purchased a Silver ring for $200 which snapped. I took it back and the woman said there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing even though I have bought many items from them.
