Alexis伊人 Jacqui is really friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me choose the most suitable crystal for me. Although it was nearly 5 p.m. and the shop was almost ready to close, she was still willing to listen to my story and patiently talk to me. I am really satisfied with the whole buying process. She also helped me clear the crystal. I really like her attitude.

Anna BK Have had a number of items resized, repaired and reworked here. The quality of their workmanship is fantastic and the staff are lovely to deal with. Have never purchased from their collection, but they have some beautiful things.

Emily Nick has created four rings for me now, from wedding and engagement, to two beautiful custom creations with my babies birthstones. All of his work is of exceptional quality and he is very professional to deal with. Highly recommend.
