1 /5 Viv: I wish l could put no stars for the appalling customer service we received today from SCOTT who apparently is the manager at the Parkdale Plaza store. He kept interrupting the indecisive person who served us - Will. Without addressing us directly, rudely saying; "tell them we cant take it". He had absolutely no empathy for people that are already down on their luck & dont deserve to be talked down to or robbed of their dignity, especially saying loudly in front of other customers; "we are not a charity!". When l mentioned his lack of customer service he kept saying; "Ive been here 12 years!" His attitude was total complacency & a superior sense of being untouchable in his position. This is why Google reviews should be shared, so that people like this realise how their everyday interactions affect people who are just trying to get by & seeking a service that you are supposed to be providing, and as a warning to potential customers. Shame on you Cash Converters!

Their customer service is exceptional, and they consistently go above and beyond to assist their customers. Thank you for the outstanding support.

1 /5 Zac Babs: Called up the store about a DVD series if they had it in stock and was told "Cant you come in and find it yourself" then was put on hold afterwards which if Im been honest was quite rude.

5 /5 Dale Reid: Pawan is a super star, she was happy to go the extra mile so that I could acquire a much needed charger for my Macbook. Not only did she keep the store open to serve me a few minutes after close, Pawan and team provided a solution with a small discount. All around, just a great experience!
