3 /5 Rebecca: Not happy with my experience today. I purchased a gift for a birthday. The bow was tied on the packaging poorly. No tissue paper. And why is everything black? Also, I was offered a gift receipt, but the sales assistant then forgot to print it. When I reminder her, she said that she couldn’t print a gift receipt anymore. Another person came out and printed a re-print of the receipt and then abruptly liquid papered out the price. But I can still see the price from behind the receipt! Overall the quality of service has gone downhill.

She was very patient with me and was more than happy to offer product advice and recommendations. I also spoke to Catherine and she made me feel very welcome and took time to make friendly conversation. Thanks to you both for helping me have a wonderful in-store experience!

5 /5 Michael Johnson: Visited Mimco Highpoint yesterday and I have to say Ella who works there is one of the most useful employees I have ever used. She is extremely polite and helped me pick the perfect gift for my wife who loved her gift. Recommend asking for Ella if you need any help. -Michale

1 /5 MK: This worker with medium length brown who was working the night of 27/11 hair kept following me closely around the store as if I was going to steal something. She didnt smile or speak to us. She just gave unfriendly glances. It made the shopping experience really uncomfortable and made me want to leave straight away. It was a shame cause I was genuinely interested in the products.
