Viv I wish l could put no stars for the appalling customer service we received today from SCOTT who apparently is the manager at the Parkdale Plaza store. He kept interrupting the indecisive person who served us - Will. Without addressing us directly, rudely saying; "tell them we cant take it". He had absolutely no empathy for people that are already down on their luck & dont deserve to be talked down to or robbed of their dignity, especially saying loudly in front of other customers; "we are not a charity!". When l mentioned his lack of customer service he kept saying; "Ive been here 12 years!" His attitude was total complacency & a superior sense of being untouchable in his position. This is why Google reviews should be shared, so that people like this realise how their everyday interactions affect people who are just trying to get by & seeking a service that you are supposed to be providing, and as a warning to potential customers. Shame on you Cash Converters!
