Ray We made a new engagement ring and we are so happy with it, we were recommended to Cartmer from my Aunty who repairs her jewellery with them. I want to thank Hussam for all his help!

Daisy Werac Thanks to the team here – I had a gold ring resized (all good) and a pair of gold Euro balls (that I‘ve had for over 20 years) repaired but they snapped again, a few days after the repair and I lost the ball. They had warned me that the earring would be more fragile. When I went in to see what could be done - they gave me the full cost of the repair to put towards the purchase of another pair of earrings. Jordan Chant At the beginning of August I was looking for a particular size in a bangle. I had called around to other stores and couldn’t locate one. I popped into Hurstville and the lovely lady working there (I think her name was Karen) was incredible! She searched the whole store to double check and see if there was one in my size and she found the last one! So grateful for staff members that care enough to double check for customers.
