Steph Wilson Fantastic customer service, my 17y.o. son went in to get some links removed from his new watch, they removed the links, & didnt charge him. We were quoted $20 from the larger jewellers in the shopping centres, it pays to shop local, Ive been going to this jeweller for years, & highly recommended them..

Mehak June I done the ear piercing from here and that was my first and worst experience from lovisa. I have done nearly before month. And i visit today because my earing stuck in the ear . And request for help but she directly refuse to do it. I will never come back here . Very bad experience really hated this.

Panhchaneat Ham Can’t believe how easy it is to get my ears pierced. Theavy did such an amazing job and she actually listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. She gave me the best recommendations for earring based on my face shape whilst meeting my needs! Thank you again for such an amazing service!
