amy ye Summary: Ordered an engagement ring from Graff Melbourne 7 months ago — still no ETA, no transparency, and terrible customer service. Not recommended.
I placed my order on 26 January 2025, paid the deposit, and was told delivery would take 4–6 months, later changed to 5–7 months.
The sales consultant who originally helped me was great, but she left. Also I was being told someone from Kennedy’s team scolded her: “Why are you chasing?”
Today, after sending a formal complaint email, I received a call from a manager.
The conversation was unbelievable:
• Me: “What’s my ETA?”
Manager: “I don’t know.”
• Me: “You said September before.”
Manager: “Nobody ever said that.”
• Me: “Send me the head office response.”
Manager: “Cannot share internal communication.”
• Me: “Can I assume my order wasn’t placed?”
Manager: “If you keep yelling at me, I cannot help.”
Nearly 7 months later, I have:
❌ No confirmed delivery date
❌ No accountability
❌ No transparency
Luxury branding means nothing without honesty. Make sure you get a written ETA and proof your order was placed — otherwise you risk endless delays and excuses.

JIYE LI I had a great experience at Graff Crown shopping for my wedding band and jewelry. Monica served me and offered me a lot of professional guide helping me to select the right size for our rings. I have bought a beautiful necklace with her help, and I had a wonderful experience there. Absolutely loved all the design concepts and brand knowledges well explained by Monica.
