Benny and team still remembers us and even offered to clean my pearls. Love their warm and friendly vibe in the store.

I bought a necklace in Collin st two weeks ago, and had great experience in there with all the staffs. especially Anney. Its companys the greatest value to have a remarkable staff like her. I was walking pass the store inside crown today, and wondering if they have any other options, I walked in, and saw a pearl which is a bit better shape than I purchased, so I asked if I could exchange or refund then repurchase this one, Danny was really unhelpful, he basically dont want to do anything for me, and just keep telling me to went back to Collin st, I felt unwelcome and walked away...

5 /5 Crest Lwin: I had a very pleasant experience shopping at Paspaley Crown. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The pearls were all of excellent quality, and I had difficulty making a choice. Rohshida was particularly helpful during my purchase and was more than willing to assist me in viewing and selecting the pearls. I am very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to shopping there again in the future. Edit: Update on my review as I have gone ahead and purchased matching earrings. Rebecca has been so helpful. The 12mm perfect rounds and the single 15mm perfect rounds are so beautiful. I still have trouble finding pearls of these sizes and quality anywhere else.
