Lia Dee I had an absolutely incredible experience at Jess’ nails (Angelas) salon! Her expertise and attention to detail are unmatched. My manicure lasted well over four weeks, and I couldnt be happier with how fantastic it looked. The French manicure finish was flawless and received countless compliments from friends and strangers alike. Angelas dedication to perfection and the use of high-quality products truly set her apart. I cant wait to return for my next appt and enjoy another pampering session at her wonderful salon. Thank you, Angela, for making my nails look absolutely stunning!

Debra Korman Angela is lovely which is always important when you are having your nails done. And she is efficient, on time and does a fantastic job. My pedicure is the best I have ever had! And I have had hundreds over the years. She takes her time and seems to be a perfectionist. Parking is easy too. Can highly recommend Jess Nails.

Yolande Jess Nail is the best nail salon in Melbourne. The owner Angela is a perfectionist, her knowledge of the shape and colour that will suit you best is second to none. Always a joy to visit.

Liv Lamprill OBSESSED is an understatement! My nails look so good and I have already received so many compliments! The salon was clean, my nails didn’t take too long and the staff were super friendly! Not to mention it was super affordable! Highly recommend!

Thisuri Lokubarana The wait time was 45 minutes and when they finally took me in they cut my tips so short even when I said I wanted long nails. The Builder gel was applied so thickly and the nail technicians moved in between so much. Please do not go to this place if you want good service

Sara Finlayson I cant fault the service and price, but the wait times are killing me! Ive been coming here for over a year and its reached a 35-45 minute wait, no matter what time you arrive. Plus, the technicians move back and forth between customers, which extends the time. They do a few minutes on you, then move to a different customer, so you cant leave. Also, they seem rushed. The employees are lovely and Im happy their business is successful, but staffing has not kept up with customer demand. I gave it a few months before writing this review in the hopes the wait times would improve, but today I walked out after 45 minutes. I went to a different salon nail, just one block down, who did equally good work for the same price and I was seen right away.

Gift Atelier First time trying this place. I was really impressed. The girls are nice. I got shellac no pedicure and my toes look nice. The lady did exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back again.

Lea Amazing job, every time. Angie is always so nice and does an incredible job and they last forever! Ive never lost or broken a nail and I wear them for four+ weeks, and Im not gentle with my nails either!!! Posted three different sets Ive had done here.

Matilda Stones Reese and other staff were AMAZING! They were able to fit us in last minute and it wasnt a rush job. (Pedicure and long gelx x2) this is best nail place Ive been to. (Ive been to ALOT) reasonable prices, colour options, staff, open communication about what i want and the prices and the facility was clean and new. The time was managed effectively. I will be back! Thank you ladies. :)

Julia Burns By far the worst nail experience Ive ever had. I have been before once or twice before covid and it was okay, the price was good and the quality was what i expected since I was paying around 25 dollars. Today however, I called before coming in to ask for the prices for a SNS French Tip. They told me on the phone it would cost 50 dollars, double what I had expected. Then i got my nails done, I asked for a Squoval shaped nail, and it was almost stiletto, the SNS was and still is lumpy and uneven, the white tips are not the same length and I have glue and powder set around my nails. Then when I went to pay, they charged me 60 dollars, for a very poor result. When I got home, I had to file my nails down because they were much longer than I asked for, even after asking the technician to cut them. Overall, horrible, disappointed there isnt a zero star rating. I would also like to add after looking at the reviews that THIS WAS ON BURKE ROAD NAIL PALACE!!! Do not try and say this was port melbourne. Last image is what i showed them for reference. The rest are my results, AFTER I SHAPED THEM. I should have taken a photo before i reshaped them but didnt. I think the photos speak for themselves.

steph defaz I went in and asked if I could have a marble design. The lady ensured me she could do it. What I walked out with was pink lines drawn across my nail. Not to mention they were lumpy, uneven, different shapes, different lengths and sizes. I tried to explain this but there was no understanding on the other side. I got charged $70 for sns and “the design” I had to get to a funeral and couldn’t stay to fix it so I went somewhere else the following day to fix it and even the nail technician laughed at the job that was done. I went back today to ask for my money back and the manager said no... she told me I should have let them fix it. Because they did such a good job the first time and they made me bleed.. anyways. Amelia Davies Has always been my go-to, but a few months ago I had a not so great experience . Firstly, when getting my nails done, the worker cut into my finger quite badly with the electric file causing my blood to end up on the table. I was very concerned about infection especially because the file wasn’t changes after it had contact with my blood, meaning it’s a contaminated item which could effect customer after me (rare though). The same set are clumpy too. Then, all 10 of my friends sns tips snapped off!!! Not a vibe. Anyways, this place can be good, it just depends on which tech you get. A large majority of the workers do an excellent job tho!

Meg Trist I’ve been going to Miami nails for 8 years! And I love it so much I love all the girls there. They do such a great job, my favourite sets to get are cat eye and chrome Emma and Tina ect slays them all ☺️

Chloe Bradford I got a last minute pedicure as my usual was booked out and ended up with fungal infections under both my big toes. Now I’ve had to cut my toe nails down minuscule and treat them. On top of that, I called 1.5 hours before closing to see if they had enough time for a pedicure and SNS on natural nail- I got there and they seemed genuinely annoyed that I was the last one in there despite me calling and making a booking and asking if there was enough time. Awful place.
