I always have Daisy do my builder gel she is meticulous and her nail prep is fantastic I never ever get any lifting, it’s never thick or clumpy. All the girls are lovely but Daisy is the best in my opinion. I usually always get a clean look but opted for something a little more fancy this time. Highly recommend.

Mrinal Bora I had an excellent SNS manicure done by the girls at Babymoon. The attention to detail is incredible. I changed the color halfway through, and they accommodated my request without any issues. They are both patient and kind. I love my new nails!

Laura Millar I had a terrible experience at this salon. I requested a blonde color but ended up with an orange, brassy mess instead. After spending $370, I was told it would improve with five washes using blue shampoo, but it didn’t. The stylist applied a full head of foils and then tinted my entire hair. I mentioned that the product was burning and causing discomfort, but my concerns were not taken seriously. I returned for a correction, but it was only slightly better. When I asked for a full refund, I was refused and offered only $160 back, which is unacceptable. Now I have to visit another salon for a color correction, which will take time and additional money. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the process. I strongly advise against getting colour services here; I won’t be returning.

Zeph L I just had my nails done today, my reference on the further right (which they said they could do) and compared to what I have on both my left & right nails. Pedicure is okay, lady asked me to walk from their massage chair to their manicure tables & chairs barefoot (since it might smudge if I wore my socks/shoes on). Paid $145 (including pedicure), speechless and just left without a word since I had to catch a flight. Hopefully honesty was provided when it comes to services like this. If you cannot, would have prompted to something simple with compliance and agreement.

Laveeshka Mahadea The previous times that Ive visited this place were excellent, as I was serviced by the owner. Today was disappointing. The nail tech who did my pedicure was rude, dismissive and kept taking calls during the service. At the end, she mentioned All done without instructing me to wait for the normal colour to dry off. So I got out of the chair and I was told off by them. On the other hand, they agreed to replace the colour that got chipped off. However the whole customer service interaction was full of negative energy. I would only come back when the owner is around

elizabeth g I came in last Sunday looking for a pedicure with normal polish and a manicure SNS. I had my pedicure done with normal nail polish but without proper cleaning of the cuticle. At first I was quite happy as they soaked SNS on my finger nails to save time and I was the only one in there. My sns on nails was disappointing. They didn’t do a manicure and it was badly done. I can’t ever remember paying $115 which is the most expensive in the area. They didn’t capture the French I wanted and my nail came off that same day. My nails are natural and strong so v disappointing. The French on my toes also looked v bad.
