Kelly Hutchinson I get SNS with Uri, she is really good. She listens to what you want and gives you what you ask for. Shes quick but the quality is still fantastic. All the ladies in the shop are lovely.

maree omalley Technician did a good job but terrible customer service from the manager on the day. Called to book for 2 people, arrived and waited and waited. No acknowledgment we were there. 2 walk-in clients arrive after us, manager waved and said hi to them. Finally 20 minutes after our time my mum gets taken, great I should be next. Next technician free takes a walk in, few minutes later 2nd walk in gets taken, still leaving me sitting. 2.30 I go to say to my mum I’m going to go somewhere else and suddenly they can find me a technician. No apology when I point out you’ve taken 2 walk-in clients ahead of a booking that is now over half an hour late. Don’t go there.

Nadine Had my nails done here for the first time and they are fantastic! Would highly recommend the builder gel services they have as it gives such a natural finish. The staff were lovely and the store environment was really nice.
I didnt have a booking prior to coming in but I would recommend getting one as they do get quite busy.

I’m not the type to wrote bad reviews but this I felt I had too. Went to get a set of acrylic nails, after waiting 10 minutes I was asked to take a seat (salon only had 2 people in it) 30 minutes in to my appointment the lady pulls out phone her asks me to help her something on it? I was confused at this - she wanted to know why a page wouldn’t load on her phone. That was okay, I was happy to help with that. She then proceeded to leave me waiting whilst she went to the back to blow her nose for about 5 minutes, didn’t wash hands. The table was very dirty, tools were not cleaned. She shaped my nails and added the acrylic, I notice my nails were all on an angle and I could even bend them - she had barely put acrylic on. I let her know politely that I was not happy with the shape and she fixed them. She then filed them down and filed off half of one of the nails - I showed her and she had to re do the entire nail. Her phone rang and she left again to answer it, by now it had been an hour and a half! I said that I needed to go and I couldn’t wait for her to answer it and to please just finish the nails, she completely ignored me and walked out the back to wich the manager stepped in a only painted 2 coats of polish on my nails. I was so upset I just wanted to leave, they charged me $60 for the worst set of acrylic nails I have ever received. I was so distraught I didn’t say anything and left, by then it was 6:30pm. I will never go back again and the whole experience was so upsetting. No customer service, no training, no care.
