N P Whitney was absolutely amazing. I was extremely nervous getting my eyebrows done. From the moment I called to inquire I felt at ease and really comfortable with Whitney. The process was a great experience and Whitney really listened to what I wanted and because she knew i was scared talked me through the process. I have delayed for years to get it done. Whilst i was getting it done i said to Whitney i cant believe i am here getting it done. I felt no pain and am really happy so far with the result. Janette and Sam consulted with me on my hair before everything began. Their positive and professional approach helped me feel listened to and like we were all working together on getting my hair looking good again. It was lovely listening to the local community popping into the shop for advice or to say hello. To me, it showed that Hair & Beauty Warehouse is a vibrant and connected part of the local community. Seyedeh S I had my nails done here. I have been to Kristy multiple times now. She is the only nail artist that doesn’t drill into your nail when removing previous nail products and keeps your natural nail healthy. Overall so clean and different. Most definitely visit her!

Juliette While the staff were friendly, the quality of the manicure left much to be desired. Whilst getting SNS, the nails looked bumpy, and shape questionable, somewhat fixed after filing. The shape of the nails were uneven, with some nails appearing much more rounded than others, whilst others were quite wide, which made the overall outcome disappointing. Additionally, the thickness of the nails were inconsistent. I ended up fixing the shape myself.

Jennifer Marshall My sister and myself were able to book in for 12:30, however, my sister couldnt get her nails done as she wanted. Christine kept taking more people in (clearly no time available for them) we waited a very long time! My nails, were all chipped a few days later. If you don’t have the time, plz don’t do dodgy work as it is a waste of customers time and $ just for you to make a couple of extra $. In saying that Christine is a lovely person BUT all about the $ not quality.
