Theo Belcastro To preface this review, nothing against my regular hairdresser, Vik. Great guy and gives great cuts. However, I booked an appointment for today (28/04/2025) 9am on Vibes website. You have to make an account with your mobile number, etc, to do so. Made this appointment over a week ago - buzzed to get a cut. I arrive a bit before 9am, taken lunch early so I can look fresh for work. Im waiting over 15 minutes before I have to approach the young bloke whos covering reception for the day (usually its a woman whos on the ball). And I ask where Vik is. He says "Glitch in the system, hes not in until tonight. You couldve told me and I wouldve said." Im standing there like... huh? I couldve told you that theres a glitch in your system? I booked over a week ago online, and no call or anything? Not to mention I made the same booking two weeks ago and was given a haircut with no issue. So, not only did I lose 45 minutes out of my lunch break/day, I didnt even get a haircut because nobody wanted to call and advise that my appointment isnt on? The website had even shown the appointment was good to go ahead. Bloody disappointing.

Peri Cevik I’m not someone who likes to leave negative reviews for any business, but this needs to be said. It was my first experience here at linear.. and observing the lack of customer service was absolutely disgusting. The girls are very unprofessional and have no empathy, customer service towards their clients, every client that’s walked out they spoke so poorly of them, it made me feel uncomfortable with what would be said about me the moment I walk out? On top of that a client wasn’t happy with her service, the way she was spoken too was absolutely disgusting to watch. The girls are very immature and have no professionalism in them. While doing my hair the amount of times the hair dresser stopped to just be noisy and listen to conversation of others was frustrating and irritating.. paying for a service and not being looked after in a professional manner is so frustrating. Would never come back nor recommend to others.

As I strolled through the square, I discovered a plethora of shops offering everything from fresh meat to groceries. Its like a one-stop destination for all your shopping needs. No need to hop from store to store, CS Square has got you covered. The best part is the cleanliness of the square. Its spotless! I could practically eat off the floor (not that I would, but you get the idea). The management truly takes pride in maintaining a clean and inviting environment for shoppers like us. Kudos to them! Now, lets address the four-star rating instead of five. The reason for this is simple - while CS Square offers a fantastic shopping experience, theres always room for improvement. Perhaps a few more unique stores or additional amenities could take this square to the next level. But hey, thats just me being nit-picky. Overall, CS Square deserves a solid four stars for what it has to offer. So, whether youre in need of some retail therapy or looking to stock up on essentials, head on over to CS Square. You wont be disappointed with the wide range of stores and the cleanliness that greets you at every turn. Its a shopping adventure waiting to happen! areeba syed One star is too generous. I went in for permanent straightening and walked out with burnt, damaged hair. The staff completely ruined the texture of my hair and then refused to take any responsibility for it. No apology, no solution offered – just pure negligence. This place is a total scam. Save your time, money and your hair – do NOT go here.

U J Hi Guys, Lets all be careful out there. I noticed during my pedicure that they were not using new nail clippers. She just took a nail clipper out from the drawer ( not in any packet) and started clipping my nails. Unsure if it was sterilised previously. I had to remind her to put the blue tablet in the water while soaking my feet. My feet have been itchy since my last pedicure there. My manicure peeled off in 24 hours. I paid for shellac nail polish.
