However, I booked an appointment for today (28/04/2025) 9am on Vibes website. You have to make an account with your mobile number, etc, to do so. Made this appointment over a week ago - buzzed to get a cut.
I arrive a bit before 9am, taken lunch early so I can look fresh for work. Im waiting over 15 minutes before I have to approach the young bloke whos covering reception for the day (usually its a woman whos on the ball). And I ask where Vik is. He says "Glitch in the system, hes not in until tonight. You couldve told me and I wouldve said." Im standing there like... huh? I couldve told you that theres a glitch in your system? I booked over a week ago online, and no call or anything? Not to mention I made the same booking two weeks ago and was given a haircut with no issue.
So, not only did I lose 45 minutes out of my lunch break/day, I didnt even get a haircut because nobody wanted to call and advise that my appointment isnt on? The website had even shown the appointment was good to go ahead.
Bloody disappointing.
