Anh Do Not the first time being at this place and staff used to be very friendly. But today I had the worst experience ever by the rude receptionist. Called in yesterday to make a booking for a couple today. Initially had my booking starting at 12:40pm and it was changed to 12:30pm without my awareness. I was literally rushing to this massage place as soon as I could and rang the receptionist to inform I would be late and ask if it would be okay. I didn’t mean to tell myself as no show but receptionist was not willing to give me any solutions except trying to charge me pricing of 60mins for 45mins of doing massage as they would have another clients afterwards or charge cancellation fee if I decide not to come as he said “it’s fair for the business”. He told me I would need to inform 1 day ahead , I don’t know how’s on earth I can do that since I just made the booking 1 day ahead. I told receptionist they could charge me 45mins as they had that option from their website but receptionist kept insisting he would charge me 60mins since that was the package booked. I didn’t confirm anything about the package that I would go for and I was even willing to choose 90mins package when I come there. I asked the receptionist if I could reschedule the booking because I didn’t want to put myself to be in that stressful position and took risk of having car accident. The receptionist was clearly not trying to assist me but only trying to rip me off with cancellation fee or charge me 60mins package for 45mins of massage provided . What a joke. I was ended up with this by the receptionist telling myself don’t need to come meanwhile I was legit 5 mins away from them. It was supposed to be a relaxing day for me and my partner but it was ruined by their horrible service.

Trish Trish One of the reviews I read before coming here said it was the best massage they have had in a long time. Halfway through my massage, I was thinking about how right that person was. As my husband and I walked out 10 minutes ago, I turned to my him and said that is the sort of place we look for when we travel to other places in the world, and here it is on our doorstep. We both said we wished we had asked for the names of the wonderful girls who provided the massages. However, I have a feeling all their staff are excellent. Thank you Thai Essence.

Mal Scott I have been going to Thai Essence for well over 1 year every fortnight. As I’m in a wheelchair I could not be happier with the support I get moving around the place. As for the massage. All of the ladies are fantastic and do a great job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Theo Belcastro To preface this review, nothing against my regular hairdresser, Vik. Great guy and gives great cuts. However, I booked an appointment for today (28/04/2025) 9am on Vibes website. You have to make an account with your mobile number, etc, to do so. Made this appointment over a week ago - buzzed to get a cut. I arrive a bit before 9am, taken lunch early so I can look fresh for work. Im waiting over 15 minutes before I have to approach the young bloke whos covering reception for the day (usually its a woman whos on the ball). And I ask where Vik is. He says "Glitch in the system, hes not in until tonight. You couldve told me and I wouldve said." Im standing there like... huh? I couldve told you that theres a glitch in your system? I booked over a week ago online, and no call or anything? Not to mention I made the same booking two weeks ago and was given a haircut with no issue. So, not only did I lose 45 minutes out of my lunch break/day, I didnt even get a haircut because nobody wanted to call and advise that my appointment isnt on? The website had even shown the appointment was good to go ahead. Bloody disappointing.

SylveCakes High quality haircuts every time no matter which barber you choose! All the staff are very friendly as well as professional, the salon has always held a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The waiting times can be short or quite long, but is worth waiting for!

Owen Soundron Very unfortunate to not find a consistent barber to go to. The first time I went to vibes, the experience was not bad at all so I went a 2nd time. Called an hour before and asked if they had any availability, gentleman on the phone said he did and to come in 20 minutes or so. I arrived on time and the barber who was cutting my hair had no clue I was coming in. Looked confused as to why he got another client before the one that was booked in. I’ve never had someone be able to cut my hair in 10 minutes. I asked for a curly top slight trim on the top with a fade on the side and I got that just the worst possible variation of it with a lot of the top length off. No barber can cut hair well in 10 minutes and just rushing through it. I just wish the person at reception told me they didn’t have any availability instead. Super disappointing experience. It’s been almost a month now and one side my hair is so uneven that I can still notice it until now. At least the haircut was cheap at 27.50 ? Probably the only good thing about it. Edit: Looks like I can’t reply to the review. Haircut was on the 10/02 at around 11:30-12:00 p.m. Seems like my review did not make sense. I’m open to chat about it and explain further if I have a name as to who to speak to . Let me know.

Josh Ebell First time I came here was with my wife for a couples massage and we both agreed how enjoyable it was and that we would return. I came in today by myself for a tune up and the massage was even better. April was incredible and catered to my needs in terms of pressure. I could tell she knew which spots needed extra work. Probably the best massage iv ever had. I just want to head back in and get a second one right away. Thank you for a professional, relaxing but firm experience.

Deepa Doshi Kadam We have been visiting Sabai Gai for almost eight years, but today, we arrived five minutes late for our appointment, only to be informed at the reception that we would still be charged for a full hour but would receive only a 45-minute massage, as the next appointment was scheduled exactly an hour later. This was shocking, especially since we have often had to wait for staff when they were running late due to prior appointments. It’s disappointing that they were willing to forgo two massages rather than accommodate a mere five-minute delay.

SKayani I went there for a relax massage. I honestly felt I was there for some sort of Physio therapy. I asked for medium strength, the woman was constantly sitting up and down my body. She barely used her hands for the massage and was only using her elbows which worsened my situation. I later told her to use her palms instead of her elbows and she barely had strength in her hands to provide the massage. It was a full body one hr massage, she did not even touch the front side of my legs, the only “massage” she provided for my legs were pulling them left right to stretch them, which felt like I was at a chiropractor. It was a complete waste of $100. I usually got to Endota spa and they are fabulous but they were fully booked and I was desperate for a massage, so i thought i’d give them a go… It was a complete waste of time and money. Highly don’t recommend.

I had so much tension and build up near my neck and shoulders and all of it was gone after the session. Treated both of us so well, and genuinely took their time and did a great oil massage. Peri Cevik I’m not someone who likes to leave negative reviews for any business, but this needs to be said. It was my first experience here at linear.. and observing the lack of customer service was absolutely disgusting. The girls are very unprofessional and have no empathy, customer service towards their clients, every client that’s walked out they spoke so poorly of them, it made me feel uncomfortable with what would be said about me the moment I walk out? On top of that a client wasn’t happy with her service, the way she was spoken too was absolutely disgusting to watch. The girls are very immature and have no professionalism in them. While doing my hair the amount of times the hair dresser stopped to just be noisy and listen to conversation of others was frustrating and irritating.. paying for a service and not being looked after in a professional manner is so frustrating. Would never come back nor recommend to others.

Jo was so professional and extremely friendly I hadnt been to a hair dresser in a long time and was in desperate need of someone who would guide me with their recommendations on style and colour . Jo talked me through the whole process and the outcome at the end was amazing. When I entered the store I was feeling blah but at the end I felt amazing . Shrilekha Chavda I went here to get a haircut. My sister had recommended it to me. I was really glad I did. I got hair wash, hair cut and blow dry. The prices are very good. They even gave me a scalp and head massage and my scalp feels very clean, like they removed residual dead cells of my scalp too. My haircut is exactly how I wanted it. The staff is very friendly and they listen to what you want. I would gladly go there again, perhaps to even try out the nails next time.

U J Hi Guys, Lets all be careful out there. I noticed during my pedicure that they were not using new nail clippers. She just took a nail clipper out from the drawer ( not in any packet) and started clipping my nails. Unsure if it was sterilised previously. I had to remind her to put the blue tablet in the water while soaking my feet. My feet have been itchy since my last pedicure there. My manicure peeled off in 24 hours. I paid for shellac nail polish.

NH I was happy to find the services provided with prices at the entrance of the shop. They had a special price of $55 for spa Pedicure and Mani. This price was cheapest I have found. I was delighted they accepted walk-ins. The service was 5 star. Shop, furniture and equipment were all very clean. Taw was wonderful. She took her time and was always smiling. She was not distracted by any of the other workers and concentrated only on me and the service she was providing. The new massage chairs are amazing. I even got a hot stone massage on my legs included in the price! Taw was very professional, took her time to deliver perfection and very friendly. A couple of years ago I had some bad experiences at the same place. But noticed some changes and thought Ill give it another chance. Im glad I did! There are so many nail/beauty salons in the area... The small changes theyve made since my last visit and competitive pricing has paid off. I will definitely go back.

Lucas ZERO STAR! Wish I read the reviews before going here! Never again!!! The lady sits me down and she starts to soak my nails in a small bowl to take my old nails out! 3 new customers walk in 5mins after me, they all get attended to. It is not busy! The lady who started on my nails then moves on to the next customer sitting next to me. About 45mins goes by I’m still sitting there while the other ladies that came after me are all doing their nails! I then told the worker that im leaving and that I’ve waited too long! She makes me pay 10$ but at first she said 15$ for absolute nothing! What a joke! NEVER AGAIN! Bye 1STAR!
