siti rochanah The staff was unprofessional. I asked them to cut my hair according to the picture I provided, but they cut it differently, and the result was very bad. They did it in a rush because they wanted to leave quickly. While cutting my hair, they kept talking to another staff without stopping, even until the scissors touched my face. I do not recommend it. It’s a waste of money.

Al Bad customer service. A few weeks ago, the two hairdressers were making fun and nasty remarks about their customers in Vietnamese. I understand Vietnamese, the customers where having their hair done, and they were making fun of these ladies. Especially the hairdresser with the blonde hair. Have respect for your customers.

Phoenix Kaiwahia-Tunui I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Got a brow wax and my brows werent even at all. My left side was much noticeably thicker than the right. Right one was thinned out. I prefer waxing over threading but sad to say my experience here was by far one of the least.

zebbiana klee DO NOT GO HERE!The reviews speaks for itself . I grew out my eyebrows for 3 months until it was my desired shape. I went into this shop for a clean up. She notified me that my left side was a bit thinner and less fuller than my right side. After she finished her threading, my right side was so thin and looked like a line, whereas the side that seemed less full and thick seemed a bit better than me right side. She completely messed up my eyebrows. Do not go here. The lady with the glasses does not know what shes doing. Now Im growing them again and will now go to a high rated brow shops rather than this.

carenprotect Absolutely poor service. They damaged my nails. I was in pain when the lady did my cuticles. She was so rude and kept on blaming me for not placing my fingers inside the machine properly, I still dont know why she was so rude to me. I paid $85 for sns for my own toe and finger nails and they made a mess and my nails look like it is done by a little kid. So disappointing. I want to give them a "0" star if there was an option. I shared my bad experience with my cousin today and she told me dont go there again as she did her eye lashlift with them a month ago and they damaged her eye lashes. I will not visit this salon again.

I didnt read the reviews first because i was in a rush but did get a recommendation and im so annoyed , wish i cpuld get a refund for this pain. Got my nails done (shellac-for long lasting) and the next day the polish was chipping. The service was too fast to be good. Rushing service to take everyones money but very poor quality service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! will never be coming here again eye is still in pain - may need to see dr.

Jessica Murillo Have been coming here since it opened foer pedis. Never had a problem until today. The girl was in a foul mood. My nails are crooked and when I tried ask her to fix it she got annoyed. She began to file and clean my nails aggressively. Spoke to the manager told her I wasnt happy with job. Nothing was resolved I have better things to do with my time than argue. I paid and left. Disappointing. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I’ve been coming here for years now and I have to confidence to walk in and know I’m walking out with brows that are catered to my face and will be even. Today was a difference experience, Wendy treated my brows and I have never seen my brows look so perfect and amazing and she deserves all the credit. I felt so confident and I was honestly amazed how she made such a small feature on my face look so amazing. Thank you so much Wendy, I highly recommend and if I could give this 100/10 I would!

Nina Do Absolutely shocked by the terrible service i received here. As a frequent visitor, I’ve always paid for the ‘Eyebrow - threading’ service, however this is my first time being charged for an ‘Eyebrow - shape’ service and being charged an extra $5. When I questioned the worker why the additional charge, she stated it was because my eyebrows were “fully grown”. What I don’t understand is how the worker could have charged me for the ‘Eyebrow - shape’ service, when she had shaped them to be noticeably uneven. If this is what an ‘Eyebrow - shape’ service entails it’s quite ridiculous to be charging an extra $5. Not only that, there was 0 level of care, it was a painful experience and the worker had a weird/sour smell to her hand, like she did not wash it or sanitise it before the service. Will NOT be visiting this awful place again and I highly do not recommend this place unless you’re looking to be charged extra for uneven eyebrows.

TD This place has gone downhill. I HAD A VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE this time round. Will NEVER RETURN! The vibe and service was very bad and a lot of neglecting. They keep on telling me to soak my hands into a bowl of acetone, a very toxin chemical to get my colour off. And I get it, it’s a must so I patiently waited. I have been doing nails for many years now this time round my nail- tech lady went on a holiday so I just wanted to take a break and ask for REMOVAL service. From my experiences, it shouldn’t take that long. I was left alone and with my FINGER SOAK for almost 2 HOURS just for someone to come and help me take it off. My fingers are still so sore and numb. I didn’t even receive any apologies from them. I guess this place is all about QUANTITY over QUALITY. I get that you have to make money but you got to do better because people work hard for their money to be able to spend too! Even though I was sitting there they keep on taking customer on and made me waited. If the owner ever sees this she should think about quality work and be more professional. And don’t do this to others. SEE PIC FOR YOURSELF.

My nails are damaged but that is to be expected after all the work that had to be done to get them off. They were a lot more gentle and didn’t cause me any pain. I would definitely go back the next time I want to get my nails done.

Aysel Batihan I would like to say this place is amazing ! Such a warm inviting setting, so clean and so many colours and designs to choose from and without a doubt you get what you want. All the nail technicians are beautiful but my favourite is Mi. She truly cares about your experience. I always come in for nail art and it’s always a can do attitude. Even though half the time we expect the same as the picture. ( deep down inside we know how much lighting that photo has the different shades they might have used etc no matter what she will make it happen). I feel comfortable enough to recommend family and friends to this beautiful shop.
