Mei So happy to have found a local eyebrow threading place that cares! Jen is so lovely and fixed my eyebrows after lockdown. She takes pride in her work and it shows. She also does hair styling and make-up. Thank you! Edit: Barber Harry is also excellent. Great price for mens haircut and beard trim. My happy fiance has found a new barber! Rediet Somerville-Smith I recently booked to get my brows threaded and I must say I was super pleased with the end results! Jan did an exceptional job she really listened and took her time to do a quality job! Ill definitely be scheduling another appointment for my brows with Jan and the only person i will go to from now on! Not to mention the service is 10/10 a beautiful and friendly environment! Looking forward to my next visit!

Clare Kearns Jen is a beautiful lady that obviously loves what she does, I walked out glowing after an amazing facial. Highly recommend, the massage is incredible - the actual facial felt like the bonus! My skin feels incredible, all organic products that smell and feel amazing. Very happy customer!

Moth The service was amazing and Katie was amazing at the hair wash which is why I hate to give it a 4 star review because everyone was so kind to me and helped with me being in a wheelchair. But I did ask to not have a blow-dry and got home to seeing my haircut to be very round and not what I showed in the picture. Still an amazing place and I believe this was a once off incident so still definitely recommend

Nicole Tan Staff was welcoming and patient. Service was quick. The cuticles were pushed back to create a nice profile, but some of my fingers bled as a result and were sensitive for 1-2 days after. Also, 1 star off because they cancelled my afternoon appointment on the same day in the morning with no reason or explanation.

Jenny Le Came on a nice quiet tuesday, staff were able to fit me in last minute. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the salon, the tools were spotless. The nail technician was very thorough with my pedicure and shellac. EDIT: I went to try their head spa the same week I got my nails done. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing since they don’t specialise in it. The experience I got was disappointing, I felt like my scalp was scratched the entire time, the lady used her nails to dig into you. There was barely any massage nor was it relaxing. No one was minding the reception so there were other clients who came in wanting to do nails, my hair lady had to step out to resolve their enquiry, she left me unattended for at least 1/3 of my session time. Please do not waste your money on the head spa here, they advertise it just for the sake of it. Only come here for their nail services.

Ping Chong I booked a couple head spa for my partner and I. As we had never tried head spa before, we booked for 45 minutes. At the start I was already had doubt if this will be good. You keep your top on and they tugged a piece of plastic to just cover your shoulders. Most of the time they basically just brush your hair and scalp with different combs. I asked them to stop one of them as it was sharp and hurting my scalp. The massage was light and brief on the shoulders and not enjoyable on the head or ears, she rubbed her fingers like a pair of chopsticks between my ears. When it was time to dry the hair, they basically just blow air all directions while you are on the lying position. I had mad womans hair when I got up. My hair wasnt even dry. I had to blow dry and style it a bit so that I looked presentable to walk out of the shop. I would not recommend basically a hair wash that was not enjoyable, I didnt have any feeling after going to a "spa".

Sabera Bista I was very excited to get my nails done for the first time but the end result left me questioning if it’s worth paying $50? The gels are not even and bumpy! There’s a smudge on my pinky nail and when I showed the lady, she just rubbed it off using filer and just left it as is.

I get my nails done there and have been extremely happy with the way Julie makes my nails looks so natural as my own nails are not best I get shellac and I love each time I go. Julie is the owner and is so humble and polite and generous always kind a very rare trait in any business if I have gone and Julie isn’t available I have tried other girls and they are very good too. I highly recommend this salon.

Holly Sommer Atrocious. Ran out of dark brown tint so used black for half the time. Didn’t clean my eyebrows prior to threading and the threading wasn’t even at all. Still have stray hairs under my eyebrows. Had to retint them as they were worse than the first time round. Didn’t apply any aftercare or soothing lotion. Not worth the time, effort or $30

Tasi Os I went for a wash and straighten and it was really good. My daughter got her nails and a pedicure done. When we had finished all our services, they tried to charge me $140 I asked how much for my hair as I have never paid over $50 to get my hair wash and straighten and the lady said $100 and my daughter $40. So shocked that they were trying to blatantly rip me off, their prices were also on the walls and clearly stated $50 -$55 so for that probably my last time going there. I’m taking it as there was a language barrier but by the way they were giving off vibes when I was trying to pay, I do think they were trying to rip me off which is not considerate to wanting customers to come back and use their services.

Thomas J. R. I was looking for a place to get a pedicure done and found them. It’s a very efficient store, no chat, not much smile just getting it done. There is nothing wrong with that. The place is cash only and cheap. I paid $30 for a pedicure (nails and skin) I will be back. I can recommend them for their work.

Audy Paramita Panjaitan I asked for a gel removal but the lady absolutely destroyed my nails. I have ridged lines on my nails until now. She didn’t even buff them nicely. It’s rough until now. It will take a few months for it to completely grow out. Mind you I paid $30 for it which is insane just for a gel removal.
