Shereen S I have gotten my regrowth permanently straightened elsewhere several times, however decided to give this place a go. I came here last week to get my regrowth permanently straightened. I had the worst results, although my hair became ‘straight’, the ‘regrowth’ area which I got done was extremely puffy and big. I can’t even wear all my hair entirely down because it looks soo puffy, and it’s embarrassing. I’ve never experienced something like this before. I went back to show the hairdresser who did it and he didn’t help at all, and kept saying there was nothing he could do about it. In the end he quickly put a ‘treatment’ in it saying maybe it’ll help, even though it didn’t. I don’t recommend this place at all. Absolutely hate my results from this place.

Paniz Mashatar I had the pleasure of getting my brows done for the first time by Marzi, and I couldnt be happier with the experience! She kept my brows natural and clean, exactly how I wanted, and didnt make them too thin. Marzi was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by teaching me how to shape and fill in my brows without me even asking. She made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and kind brow artist!

Apinya Banluesap Zin was amazing.! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The room was impeccably clean. Zin was professional and made me feel totally comfortable. My esthetician was super knowledgeable she took the time to assess my skin and customized the facial to what I really needed. My skin felt so refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. I also appreciated the little extras like the relaxing massage.! Definitely coming back for another treatment soon!

Cynthia Ho I have visited Essential beauty Doncaster a few times. Had Linda twice and have been very impressed with her skills and customer service. Last visit I had to bring along my baby and he started to fuss during our appointment. Linda was very understanding and made me felt very at ease despite the situation. Highly recommend Linda!

Lee The staff member who looked after me was lovely and I had an overall relaxing experience. However, after returning home and reviewing the details of the spa pedicure package, I noticed that the leg and foot massage with jade stones was not included in my treatment. I received the scrub, heel exfoliation, cream, pedicure, and scalp massage, but unfortunately not the jade stone massage or the foot cream wrap that was advertised as part of the package. I was disappointed, as given the amount paid, I expected to receive the full treatment as outlined. I chose your spa based on its excellent reputation for quality and attention to detail, so this experience fell short of expectations. I also submitted feedback to the store but have not received a response.

Rosaliana Plata Alex was absolutely amazing today. i was very nervous for my double flats but she assured that it wouldn’t be so bad and she was right. she placed my piercings exactly where i wanted them and was spot on with her mark. she is so considerate and comforting :)

Fran I came in today asking for my eyebrows to be dyed, tweezed and tidied. I don’t like them too dark and asked for the color to start light and then darkened. The consultant went for a very dark brown own and had to attempt to correct it. She insisted on waxing did no tweezing and left many fine hairs beneath my brow. I also had to ask multiple times for the long hairs above my brow to be trimmed. Although I was asked what I wanted in the consultation , none of my requests were accommodated. Very disappointing

Chan SFaye I had a great experience at Shen Fine Lashes. Shen was very patient and professional, the salon was clean, and the environment was so relaxing with soft music and scented candles. She made sure I was comfortable throughout. My lashes turned out beautifully, natural, and long-lasting. I love it so much! The price was reasonable, and definitely worth it for the quality. Highly recommend!
