I was nervous and expected it to be painful, but Mia made it feel so easy and smooth. Her kindness, patience, and warm smile instantly put me at ease. She took the time to really understand my needs and expectations, and explained the procedure and aftercare clearly and gently. Her calm and friendly nature made the entire process so comfortable and effortless. I’m truly grateful for her gentle care — I highly recommend Mia if you’re thinking about getting a piercing.

Disco Turtle We met Em & Em and they were fantastic!!! The care and support and knowledge from them both was above and beyond. My daughter went in for her tongue piercing and they found she couldn’t have it. So rather than just doing it, they found an alternative piercing to do. Then my part was worried about a piercing she wanted. They supported her all the way through it. These two ladies should be used in training for the company to show other how “customer service” should be done!!! If they are supported by the company for what they do, I’ll bring them to my company!!! Well done Em and Em. We love you both!!!

The young lady at Plenty Valley was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made the process smooth and pleasant. If you live in the area, I highly recommend shopping at this location instead of Epping Plaza if you value excellent customer service.

Michael Graham I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Prouds Jewellery Store. As a long-time loyal customer, I have always shopped with Prouds for all my jewellery needs, including gold rings, earrings, baby bracelets for my daughter, and a graduation chain for my son. However, when I recently needed my sons chain repaired, I was refused service because I no longer had the receipt, which is understandable after a few years. Its incredibly disheartening that my loyalty to Prouds over the years means nothing when I genuinely need assistance. Despite having spent a significant amount of money and trusting them with important purchases, their refusal to help with a simple repair (I was going to paid for) due to a missing receipt feels like a betrayal. I expected better from a store Ive supported for so long. Sadly, I wont be returning to Prouds in the future.

Daniel I initially had an issue with a gold chain that came apart on its own (outside of its warranty). Followed by further multiple complications when trying to get it repaired. So why the five stars? When I visited the store, the manager was incredibly apologetic, went above and beyond to track down my original purchase across multiple systems, and ultimately provided me with a replacement chain to make up for the difficulties I had encountered at every step of the process. Their genuine care to make it right made all the difference in the end, and I truly appreciated it!

Stefania Cicconi I ordered a wedding ring for my husband and I was told that it wasn’t in store and that I had to order it. This wasn’t a problem, and I was called by them after about 10 days that it was ready to collect because it had been delivered. I drove an hour there as I don’t live close and I was told that there was a massive mistake and that the ring wasn’t delivered and that it would still be a while. I was lenient with them and thought that this was a genuine mistake. After a few days, they called me again and told me that the ring had arrived. I drove all the way there again. I got there, the ring hadn’t been delivered and they made a mistake again. I told them that this was unprofessional, because it shows they weren’t properly checking their deliveries. They told me that they would call me again in half an hour and the ring had magically arrived 20 minutes later. I find this to be unprofessional and it shows that the people who work there aren’t attentive with what they do. The workers also didn’t know what they were doing, this wasted my time going back and forth because of their negligence. I even asked them the second time if they were absolutely sure it had arrived as I wasn’t going to drive there for nothing again, to which I was told “Yes, it’s right here”. Very unprofessional and won’t be going here in the future.

Mora Windsor Cloe was so lovely and helpful! She helped me find the perfect beautiful gift for my granddaughter! She was very patient and sweet. My granddaughter loved it! I will be coming back!

Ana Spears I often come to this store for gifts, however the last two times I have come in to the plenty valley Pandora, the blonde girl has a real chip on her shoulder.. I will now drive further to epping just so I dont have to experience her eye rolls, or deep breaths when a customer is trying to make a decision. Please train her on customer service. Really really atrocious.

Jules I brought my daughter a small pair of gold hoop earrings from here in Nov 2024. 3 months later, one of the earings, the loop where the pin attaches snapped in half. I took it back and got another pair half price. 3 months later the same thing happened on one of them. I took them back and they said they didnt have another pair. I told them I didnt want another pair, I brought 2 already and they were both faulty. The manager told me there was nothing they could do, they couldnt refund me because they were damaged. I said theyre damaged from a fault not because we stepped on them. Theyre earrings that never come out. She said she couldnt help me. I thought there would be better quality and better service from Michael Hill but I was disappointed. I wont be going back there again.

David Foenander Do not shop here I put my watch in to be serviced got a call and was quoted $85 Was totally happy with that . I just went in to see if it was ready after 5 weeks and was told by an extremely rude saleswoman that my watch won’t be back until after February I asked if I could just get my watch back and was told no someone called you check your voice mail !!! Extremely disappointed and the way I was spoken too was disgusting

Hiba Ayass Terrible Experience - Avoid Lovisa for Piercings I am beyond disappointed with Lovisas customer service, particularly the attitude of the manager. Last week, I brought my daughter to have her ears pierced at their store. What followed was nothing short of a nightmare. My daughter’s ear became severely infected after the piercing, to the point that we had to take her to the hospital to have the earring removed. Despite this, we returned to the store with the earring and asked to have her ear re-pierced, hoping for some accountability and understanding. Instead of offering an apology or showing any concern, the manager outright blamed my daughter, claiming she hadn’t cared for the piercing properly—even though the other ear was perfectly fine. To add insult to injury, the manager informed us that they could not re-pierce her ear until it had fully healed. Yet, another staff member mentioned that they can do it yet we would need to pay full fees for the re-piercing, even though we had the original earring with us. The inconsistency and lack of empathy were astounding. When I tried to discuss this with the manager, and spoke about their bad review regards piercing on google, her attitude was appalling. She dismissively said, “Well, why are you here then?” instead of addressing my concerns or showing any professionalism. Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and combative. She talked over me constantly and showed zero interest in resolving the issue. The problems started from the very beginning. When filling out the consent form, I was asked to provide my details for my daughter’s piercing—an unnecessary and intrusive request that should have been a red flag. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for this store, and the manager, in particular, has no business working in a role that involves interacting with people. If you value your time, money, and health, avoid Lovisa for piercings at all costs. This experience was a disaster from start to finish, and I deeply regret trusting them with my daughter’s ear piercing. Please avoid
