Bec Loy I love this place. Ive been coming to see Mel from Hair Etiquette salon for over 3 years now and it was one of the best decisions that I ever made. Aside from being an amazing hairdresser, the salon is absolutely gorgeous, the people are all lovely and willing to listen to you and give you exactly what it is that youre requesting (within reason) and youll never walk out of the salon thinking that your hair looks awful. As someone with notoriously difficult hair for someone with straight hair, Mel and the Hair etiquette team have been absolutely wonderful in finding new ways and new products for my hair without causing it any additional damage. Cannot recommend this place enough 10 out of 10!

Enchanted Lustre Ive been coming here for years. I cannot recommend Hair etiquette enough! From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed and completely at ease. The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. Mel truly listens to what I want and offers expert advice to make sure the style suits me perfectly. Her attention to detail and skills are unmatched—I always leave with a haircut and color that exceeds my expectations! I’ve never felt more confident because of her. I love you Mel, thank you for making me feel beautiful every single time. On top of that, they always use high-quality products that makes my hair feel healthier and shinier than ever. The whole experience feels luxurious yet personal. I would also like to add that the new management has really done an amazing job with the salon. The vibes are always immaculate and everyone looks so happy! T D Absolutely love this salon! The staff are professional, friendly, and always make you feel welcome. The owners are lovely (so exciting to have Mel recently come on board along with the other owner!!) and clearly care about their clients. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of service, and its easy to get an appointment with their great availability. Highly recommend!

Karyn Maslen Hair Etiquette is an amazing hair salon that’s inclusive, welcoming and have the best talent! I have been going here for over a year now and today got my hair colour transformed. I came in with bright orange top half and dark brown ends and left with stunning balayage that I am obsessed with! Jules and Kara are amazing at what they do; they listen and help create the vision and make it come to life. Very happy

Sarah B Horrible experience!!! Went for my hair appointment as I booked on the website, because I’m autistic and cannot make phone calls. I had been stressed all night and morning trying to make sure I was in on time and my hair was straightened to make it easier for them. The website had a button saying “Book for an appointment” so I clicked it and filled out my details the service I wanted and the preferred time and date figuring that they would just send an email if that or time wasn’t available and give closer times or dates instead. I did all this a month ago in advance. I went in for my appointment and sat with my mum. It was super busy but we weren’t even acknowledged until my mum had seen one of her friends who worked in the cafe and told her what had happened, the friend walked up and followed it up with the owner… who then said that they don’t have a website. So I showed the exact website and which they then said “yeah that’s our website.” But then told my mum and I that “we don’t have anywhere for you to book an appointment.” So I should her their own website and the button that says “Book an appointment” and which she said “oh yeah… that doesn’t actually book you for an appointment that just enquiry form.” And asked when I had booked it which I couldn’t remember and couldn’t give her an answer or speak at that time because of how stressed I was. She then went on to say “I get like 2000 emails a day I’m not going to be able to see them all and get back to all of them because that’s just an enquirer button.” then said she “yeah we might need to changed that.”So why have a “book an appointment” on a website if it doesn’t book an appointment? She did offer for an appointment at 5 which I took because I didn’t know what to say, my head was spinning and I was beyond stressed at this point. Before we even got in the car I broke down having an autistic meltdown because I was far too stressed and overwhelmed and everything had changed and my brain couldn’t take it and just cried all the way home. My mum went back and cancelled the 5 appointment because I couldn’t get myself to go back I was mess. She then explained why. And after she explained and said why that’s when they changed their “book an appointment” feature on their website to “enquire now”. Will never be returning there again.

Shivi Sinha I did not know it exsisted. It was my first visit, Shar did my hair cut and I must say she was really nice. She kept checking with me if I was okay with the hair length and style. I was impressed with the customer service. Would definitely recommend it.

Julie Condran I would like to highly recommend Your Pharmacy and all the staff who work there, especially Linda. Finding Linda to look after my brothers (complicated) blister packs was a Godsend. Because of constant changes in dosages for Warfrin, she took it all in her stride to make sure that his packs were altered accordingly. Linda was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, which, in turn, made our lives stress free. Your Pharmacy staff at Chelsea Heights were very approachable, professional and caring. So thank you to Linda and all the other staff members for their support with my brothers medical needs over the past 5 years, you were wonderful! Regards Julie

Visionary Leader I have honestly never met staff, so helpful, & friendly. I am new to the area. I loved the girls at my previous mychemist in frankston. I miss them! The staff at Chelsea YourPharmacy, are BEAUTIFUL. I am slightly shocked, by the kindness & attention given. I have been through difficult times & had to force myself to get to the chemist. I have never felt judged by the staff. I feel supported & safe. They have limited stock compared to the big warehouses - however, I always get lost in their make up section & have found great lipstick called Ulta. I have not purchased lipstick previously. They are only $5.50 each, I think it is fantastic price. There are trinkets, hair accessories ect, small vitamin section, sightly higher in price - however this is to be expected from small pharmacy. The offer delivery service, I believe - if you are local. I believe it is student on a bike. They helped me download medadvisor to my phone, & now I can keep track of medications & order ahead. Thankyou Chelsea YourPharmacy. I cannot give this place enough praise. If you happen to need this pharmacy, you are fortunate!

Lauren Maree I go out of my way to pick up my scripts from here, rather than a more convenient chain pharmacy near my work. This is because of the helpful advice I get every time Im here, battling skin issues for the past two years and now support with holiday prep where multiple medications and injections are required. I cannot fault the service and advice and its worth waiting for when you need it (based on some earlier, impatient reviews from others).
