1 /5 Ana Spears: I often come to this store for gifts, however the last two times I have come in to the plenty valley Pandora, the blonde girl has a real chip on her shoulder.. I will now drive further to epping just so I dont have to experience her eye rolls, or deep breaths when a customer is trying to make a decision. Please train her on customer service. Really really atrocious.

They need to find some compassionate staff members that actually care about their customers. Everything I buy from here tarnishes, I have a feeling they use fake pandora jewellery.

I visited to exchange a ring my sister gifted me, but the experience was unpleasant. The staff member, Chloe (blonde), was unhelpful and rude. During our conversation, she threatened to call security, making me feel like a suspect. Her behavior was unprofessional, and I left feeling humiliated and upset. I believe staff should undergo training to improve customer interactions. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible, and Id rate the service as zero."

1 /5 Jennifer Saddler: I went to get my click and collect, staff told me charm doesn’t come with box and free bangle (which you have to spent $300 to get) doesn’t come either so all I get is a tissue paper wrapped bangle and charms. It looks cheap as. It used to come with box for every single charm you buy, now she said only the ring come with box. I might as well just wait till it online deliver at least it comes with box for everything I bought! Service is bad, you can tell the staff is more friendly if you try to purchase in store!
