1 /5 David Foenander: Do not shop here I put my watch in to be serviced got a call and was quoted $85 Was totally happy with that . I just went in to see if it was ready after 5 weeks and was told by an extremely rude saleswoman that my watch won’t be back until after February I asked if I could just get my watch back and was told no someone called you check your voice mail !!! Extremely disappointed and the way I was spoken too was disgusting

1 /5 Rebecca S: Walked in wasn’t greeted all. Instead could hear the girls talking about a boy who came in to see them. Really poor customer service as I had multiple gifts I wanted to buy. Lucky prouds near Kmart were more than happy to help me .

1 /5 ruby: The girl at the front didn’t know what she was doing. It’s especially frustrating on a busy day such a boxing day. Very awkward, and does not know how to talk to customers. Poor customer service in general. Please hire employees that are attentive and TRAINED!
