He made us feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process and even opened his personal workshop to us so we could get some insight into how the rings are made the process they go through. Very healthy and family run workplace makes you feel right at home. They are truly experts in the field so you are never left second guessing anything. I would definitely recommend Steven James for all your needs as they will 100% deliver on every front. They put their blood into their work and it craftsmanship runs deep in the family. AMAZING.
