1 /5 Nats: Got a safety chain on bracelet and it rusted & snapped after wearing twice. Would not replace either. Never again. I went elsewhere and got a real gold one for the same price including soldering. Edited... took a while to write review. Such a rude person to deal with

5 /5 Ebony Gibson: I purchased 2x Von Treskow necklaces from Jewel of the Bay earlier this year. They were one of the only stores selling a particular necklace I had my eye on. There was a minor cosmetic issue (uneven tarnish) with one of the necklaces and I contacted the store about an exchange. After taking a look at some photos Roger offered to have his team even out the tarnish for me, and the whole process was very quick, professional and friendly. Thank you Roger and the Jewel of the Bay team!

5 /5 Moorean Smith: My partner and I were in this store during our stay in Nelson bay in February. We were served by a gentleman named Micheal and a lovely mature lady. We would highly recommend this store as their service, friendliness and level of care was outstanding. They were very helpful in providing suggestions and trying their best to find what I wanted. They matched it with a great price so we purchase three pieces. We had so much fun! We will definitely be back to see them again!
