1 /5 Paul Mcnally: My Daughter purchased 5 items which staff scanned and packaged and My daughter requested an email receipt. When she returned home she found only 4 items and never received her email receipt. I asked my Wife to take her back to Lovita to rectify the issue but the staff were rude and unhelpful and rolled their eyes.
So I called and spoke with the manager several times who promised a return call as she acknowledged and accepted the error.
But I received no return call and now there is no response when I call.
The poor Kid does her chores and receives little pocket money which is lost to inept staff and management.
Shame.
