1 /5 Paul Mcnally: My Daughter purchased 5 items which staff scanned and packaged and My daughter requested an email receipt. When she returned home she found only 4 items and never received her email receipt. I asked my Wife to take her back to Lovita to rectify the issue but the staff were rude and unhelpful and rolled their eyes. So I called and spoke with the manager several times who promised a return call as she acknowledged and accepted the error. But I received no return call and now there is no response when I call. The poor Kid does her chores and receives little pocket money which is lost to inept staff and management. Shame.

1 /5 Kirra W: the worker checked mine and my partners pockets which made us feel really uncomfortable since we were showing no signs of theft. i work in retail and have only ever asked to check bags so this was new and honestly disgusting to me.

1 /5 Nishali Sandaru: I was gonna buy a necklace with a pendant and it says it’s 7 dollars and I literally waited 15-20 minutes to buy the necklace but when I go to the cashier it says it’s 30 dollars. I literally waisted 20 minutes there. Lovica should put the correct price and not waste people’s time

5 /5 yashvi patel: we got ear piercing for our 8 months old daughter today in Lovisa and they did a great job as my daughter was crying so much but both girls were so calm with us and did fabulous job. Thank you ❤️
