I Rang to get a price on a specific ring, Frederick assumed already that i was going to purchase from them!! as he kept on asking despite my question what was my Budget. I got tired of asking him for their best price on one specific ring to no avail. Im not into these types of poor sales tactics. If they are selling products and they cant give you a answer then there not for me. As the others say Definitely not this store.

Liz Vargiu Was looked up and down and judged. Obviously didnt look rich enough to buy their jewellery. Wouldnt even serve me. Told me to try Beviles instead. So went to Holdsworth Bros jewlers. Amazing service, Amazing friendly staff. I will NEVER set foot in Michael Hills again. If I could give zero stars I would!

AP G As an international visitor, this place gets 0 for customer service. Refused to exchange poor quality/damaged item. The manager was the worst part of my experience. She gave me a ridiculous explanation as to why she can not replace earrings that are poorly designed and will break if got caught in my hair while wearing. As predicted, earring broke as soon as i tried to remove it from the package, basically paide 30$ for 1 earring. Overall, I would not recommend this store, and if you do shop, please make sure your product wont break by the time you get home.

Andrew Thomas I had such a great experience with Nova Watch & Jewellery Repair. From the moment I walked in, Nova showed how much he values customer service - he genuinely took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure I felt looked after. When it came to pricing, his quote was much lower than others I had checked in the area, but the quality of his work was outstanding. I also had some engraving done, and I was so impressed by his neat handwriting - it shows how much pride he takes in his craft. Very genuine and transparent with his dealings. I highly recommend Nova to anyone needing watch or jewellery repairs.

kezza gp Shocking customer service on Saturday, for return items, was sent to another store because they couldnt call a manager/assistant manager as they didnt have anyone in store with any authority to do anything. 1st attendant was miserable as hell, 2nd was semi helpful but she gave up after about 10mins of trying to solve an issue. Was disgusting service and if I ever win the lottery, I will be sure to buy the biggest jewellery collection from anywhere BUT here! Never shopping here again!

I had my engagement ring made elsewhere and they went into liquidation - so I had to find a new ring designer to make a custom wedding band, who specialises in coloured gems. Temelli worked with me to create something that was classy yet different, and I loved it so much that I went back to them to have an eternity ring designed, which we had even more fun with. I absolutely love this team, they make everything from a single solitaire to an Artdeco sapphire extravaganza.

preethi martin I had a rude experience at the Knox store. I visited 3/5 waited in the queue and my daughter was just looking around. The rude older lady with glasses told her off . This was not required at all she did not touch anything was only looking whilst we were waiting in the queue. She could have said it nicely . The customer service is appalling. I was so angry . This is now how staff should be treating customers. Totally not going there anymore !! and Pandora should be teaching their staff how to treat customers kindly

Rose Hoare I had a look at Pandora Knox, it is small but they have everything you want. The staff are very friendly , helpful and patient. I asked if I could try on a bangle because I didn’t know what my size was and she let me try on different sizes and showed me different options . Highly recommended .

Josh Wentworth Went in today after my sister recommended the store to get a gift for my girlfriend’s birthday and the manager Cara was super helpful. She was friendly as soon as I walked into the store and took her time with me to help pick out some options. She was very knowledgeable about the jewlery and patient when I couldn’t decide between items, even explaining what countries certain items were from. Probably the best customer service I’ve received in a long time, I don’t normally write reviews but left feeling like the manger deserves a raise! The store was clean and the employees all presented themselves well. Will definitely be back to get more gifts in the future.

Kyha Redman A truly wonderful experience. We made a few visits into the Knox Holdsworth store to view engagement rings and this is where I fell in love with the Teal Sapphire. On 9/10/2024 my partner proposed in New York City with the most magnificent Teal Sapphire cluster ring. The quality and craftsmanship that has gone into to making my ring is like no other. Jan K I recently decided that I would like to have a ring made with a Ceylon sapphire to compliment my mother’s sapphire ring, which I had had redesigned some years ago. After several visits to other jewellery stores, I decided to look in the very stylish Holdsworth Bros. Knox centre store. I looked carefully at the stunning sapphire rings, but could not see exactly what I had in mind. Sandy came to assist me, asking pertinent questions to ascertain the design I had in mind. I wanted a ring that I could wear each day and later pass on to my granddaughter. It was to be a simple, elegant design, and one that my granddaughter could wear at any age. Sandy carefully guided me, listening attentively, to a ring design that exactly fitted my criteria. She showed me different sapphires, explaining their features and what the process was for having a bespoke ring made at Holdsworth Bros. After some weeks, which included the importation of several choices and a viewing of the detailed drawing with its particular specifications, I collected my gorgeous sapphire ring with a single diamond on each side. It is PERFECT! Thank you so much for enabling me to have this very special ring. Jan K
