She was so kind, thoughtful and had great suggestions for the gift I was looking for. Will definitely be back and recommending people to come to your store.

5 /5 Josh Wentworth: Went in today after my sister recommended the store to get a gift for my girlfriend’s birthday and the manager Cara was super helpful. She was friendly as soon as I walked into the store and took her time with me to help pick out some options. She was very knowledgeable about the jewlery and patient when I couldn’t decide between items, even explaining what countries certain items were from. Probably the best customer service I’ve received in a long time, I don’t normally write reviews but left feeling like the manger deserves a raise! The store was clean and the employees all presented themselves well. Will definitely be back to get more gifts in the future.

3 /5 Kim R: Customer service was excellent! But disappointingly my bangle lasted only 3 days. The clasp was not very secure, it fell off a couple times which I was able to notice and pick up. But third time unlucky it has fallen off and now lost. It was a beautiful bangle though but there goes $28 after only 3 days
