Gemimah Henderson We made the right choice using Paul for the resizing of an heirloom engagement ring and the creation of a matching wedding band. Paul is highly responsive by email (within 10 minutes, every time, to his credit), and is friendly, honest, professional and polite. I used another ring to size both the engagement ring and the new band. The engagement ring needed to come down by something like 6 sizes and Paul explained the process and made excellent suggestions for the new band, while I tried on options. The price was good, as we had done some research prior. Then, as promised, exactly 2 weeks later we picked up the two rings and they fit perfectly exactly as my other ring had done. They are extremely comfortable to wear and the heirloom ring was cleaned and now looks brand new. The jeweller even returned the part of the band that had been cut from the engagement ring and the new ring came with a nice ring box and warranty including future resizing. All in all, it was a great choice, we are so glad we went with Pauls services and would absolutely recommend him and use him again. Thank you Paul! The end result is exactly what we wanted and has made us both very happy.
