5 /5 Shannon R: Came in last week to purchase some earrings. The sales attendant (I forgot to ask a name, sorry! However the receipt lists the operator number as 114394 if that helps?) was very professional, friendly and helpful. Thanks to EOFY sales this was a reasonably small transaction compared to some but a pleasant experience and satisfaction with what I ended up buying will bring me straight back the next time Im in the market for some jewellery. Thank you! :)

1 /5 kezza gp: Shocking customer service on Saturday, for return items, was sent to another store because they couldnt call a manager/assistant manager as they didnt have anyone in store with any authority to do anything. 1st attendant was miserable as hell, 2nd was semi helpful but she gave up after about 10mins of trying to solve an issue. Was disgusting service and if I ever win the lottery, I will be sure to buy the biggest jewellery collection from anywhere BUT here! Never shopping here again!

1 /5 Usha Pandey: An elderly lady working as a costumer representative here is terrible. very bad experience, she thought I was there to rob or something she kept staring me when I asked her to show me she would pull it back and kept it inside and point her finger and said this? such a meanest person Damn. Whereas in Michael hill.. they left few ring for us to inspect try and we happily bought one wedding ring. This place needs young and energetic people rather than sinking personal. Too much I felt very bad personally there.
