He knew exactly what to do including test a few different shapes, keep everything light-hearted and fun and then followed up with myself privately with recommendations, sizes and suggestions. I took my time to respond with the occasional text message before deciding to purchase a recommended ring, he was also able to help with suggestions on how to propose and what I should consider.
