1 /5 sarah rogers: I have tried to publish a review for items I have purchased at least 6 times now , they wont publish it because it is negative... so Ill post it here dont buy the 20mm rose gold sleepersWHAT A WASTE OF MONEY so flimsy the connector bar broke within 1 month , they bent very easily.What a waste of I think $90 or $120 ... this behaviour makes me very cautious buying anything from them. If they wont publish an honest review clearly show they know the product was not the best quality and definitely not worth the price . In saying that the 9/10mm rose gold sleepers are better quality. Side note these are NOT traditional sleepers that clip in these slide in the hollow part of the other side .

Shiels was the store I walked into last, not put of rank, but just bouncing from store to store. I wish they had been my first, fantastic customer service, made me feel so welcome and didnt just want to make a sale, the saleswoman actually cared about my wants, I felt so comfortable knowing it just wasnt about a sale but caring for what a customer is looking for, Kim was so nice, so genuine and a breath of fresh air, thankyou Kim for showing so much care. You are a fantastic saleswoman and now you will be my first stop everytime when shopping in the future. To everyone, when seeking something for a loved one, contact this store, so refreshing, patient sales staff.
